Red Star Hotel Palm Beach

はじめて３連泊しました。 ３階の部屋でとても静かでしたが、エレベータは無し、大きなスーツケースは階段で自分で運び上げなければなりません。 シャワーの水量水圧は気持ち良いほど最高でしたが、最終日使用最中に突然冷たい水だけになり焦りました。 滞在３日間、全体的に空いていたから静かかつシャワーなども快適だったけど、週末や混んでいる時などは、気を付けた方が良いかも。 シャワーは早い時間に使いましょう。 夜間はレセプションも閉まり、人もいなくなるためちょっと不安かな。 部屋は古さはあるけど広く清潔でした。 毎日掃除も入り、バスタオルも質は良かった。 アメニティは小さな固形石鹸とリンスインシャンプー。 朝早く空港に行く用事があり選びましたが、その意味では正解、渋滞に巻き込まれず近いです。 海外のホテルやモーテルへはスリッパやパジャマ（というか室内着）は持参した方が良いですね。

The room was clean but building and facilities are bit old. But price was reasonable. It was comfortable enough for the price. And the couple I believe the owner is very friendly.

Close to beach at a good price

The bed was amazing so comfortable. Very clean set out well.

Walking distance to shops. Clean but loud. You can hear everyone outside as if no sound proofing

Very friendly staff member when we arrived and very helpful with parking our car. Directions to where we could get dinner down the road were excellent. Would stay again without hesitation.

Easy to check in after hours , staff very helpful

Neat and tidy, easy to find location. Not far away from the Gold Coast airport.

There was no cutlery in the room, A toaster would have been handy.

Great location only one stop on the express bus from the airport. I found that the windows didn't do much to block out noise from the road. Bit odd to provide a microwave but no cutlery apart from mugs and a teaspoon

Glassware in room had stains in bottom of glasses where they hadn’t been rinsed out or washed prior to other people using cups had stains in them. That was very offputting beds comfortable bathroom quite tight due to configuration of doors getting in and out of shower and doorway great variety of dining options several minute walk up the road.

An old hotel. No elevator! I had to haul my two heavy pieces of luggage up and down the stairs. Rooms were decent but the bed was an uncomfortable mattress and very cold in winter. The old building also didn’t seem secure. Anyone could walk off street and access balcony doors.

The traffic at night was terrible

The location is very good at Palm beach and it's easy to get to Coolangatta. The staff is very friendly. The bathroom probably needs a bit renovation. Overall very nice!

We just enjoyed the lovely clean room. It suited our needs for being at the Gold Coast.

Only issue for me was road noise. Bit too close to a busy road.

Well located

Very comfortable updated rooms. Located in a central location. Good shopping and beach close by.

Room smelt like cigarettes, there were cigarette buts under the bed and toilet was dirty. Bed was uncomfortable and had insects in the room, sofa was grubby.
