Bed and pillows need refreshing. Door to balcony did not open. Aircon was good and shower ok, however not much room in bathroom. Did not feel as safe as I would like.

Need to replace bed

Stay was ok. Food was great. Lost a lot of points though with mold in shower and exhaust vent

The staff are just fantastic. Best place in Mt Isa.

Room good. Access ok. Council worker started blowing down street leaves at 6:45 AM for half an hour right outside the first morning! Not happy!

Easy parking

Arm chair broken, bathroom not cleaned properly with hairs everywhere. Outside table and chairs covered in dust.

Spacious room with lovely decor. Huge balcony. Perfect location

Fair stay. Bathroom and bedroom was not clean, a lot of mould in the shower base. a lot of noise outside on corner by people

Travelled to Mt Isa for a one night business trip. Check in went smoothly. Room was nice. I had a spa room but didn't use it. Only quirk, the shower gel was half full and had not been replaced. Staff were friendly. Breakfast in the adjoining Isa Hotel Cafe was included and very good.

We always book our staff here they look after them and appreciate the business

Great property and worth a stay if you’re in Mt Isa. The Isa Hotel next door is a great pace to eat.

Clean, tidy and value for money

Large well equipped room with balcony. Good central position.

I arrived from a cattle station after 8 months of being outback I was very much looking forward to some comfort. The bed was comfortable. The spa was lovely. Cleanliness was okay on the surface. Cleaners need to spring clean, lots of bugs on the window cill, hair on bathroom door and dirty finger prints on doors. Fine dinning was awful, dreadful. I ordered the salmon which was small resembling a piece you get in Woolworths. I couldn’t taste the flavour of the fish due to the amount of salt all over the dish. The spinach was extremely oily and cheap dried garlic crystals were added. Lastly the au Gratin was disgusting because it wasn’t anything resembling an au Gratin, it was more like a Deb potato out of a packet with bacon bits from a packet in it which tasted off. I will never stay at Redearth again.

Quaint and comfortable

This is the nicest accommodation in Mt Isa. The bedding is very high quality, the rooms are quite and the air-conditioning is great. All rooms I have stayed in there are as per the photo's.
