Great location, right on river & walkable to excellent beach / water / restuarants & pubs. Well kept & clean. Only thing to check if the apartment actually has the upper deck / spa access as we thought ours did from the Expedia description but on checking in discovered bottom floor units do not have access. Otherwise this is a great location!

The views in this apartment are outstanding and the rooftop spa was great. The whole apartment is very tired and needs some maintenance and updating. It also needs a detailed clean ie top of stovetop exhaust fan to remove grease and grim. There were some issues during our stay but the maintenance man did not appear when called and we repaired them ourselves. Not really good enough. None of this really affected our stay as it was relaxing with wonderful calming views, but not sure this apartment was worth the money.

Very nice location, nice having kitchen there.

We had a unit on the ground floor, which made entry easy. The location was great for morning walks, but a bit tricky for parking. The pool is very small which was rather restrictive, especially for bigger kids or adults.

The layout of the apartment is good, it's spacious however its very old, lots of damage and fans don't work, Mould on curtains, skirtings rotten and overall has a feeling of not being completely clean. Carpet is wrinkled and all the doors and handles are jammed. it needs a full renovation. Location is good, close to the boat ramp.

Old building that does not comply with current building codes, and is not accessible to people with disability. Ridiculously small parking space. Fire doors wedged open when they are marked do not wedge open. Lack of screen door on bedroom. Second bedroom has a bed beneath a large window, and window is not restricted, so the only thing stopping a fall is a fly-screen.

Great location for family holiday!!

Beds too hard. 4x4 & SVU hard at garage

There is no elevator, so hiking luggage up and down stairs was a doozy!! The apartments are run down a bit, the room was nice, but just average…mold on windows and the kitchen provides no condiments, just as salt & pepper or any paper towel. Nice view of the river though

Easy, quiet and enjoyable

The oven looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in over a year.

Communication was good but the appartment was dirty and we couldn’t use the spa due to not heating only got to use it for 1 night and it was slimy. Parking was terrible because we have a long car so didn’t fit in the garage and no parks anyway else.

My partner & I stayed in mid November 2022.The apartment was HUGE. The lounge room (with chase sofa was very comfortable. The fridge in the kitchen was massive and the private rooftop jacuzzi was the perfect place to just relax and unwind. Yes the car space was a tight fit and there is no elevator, however it is only a 3 storey building but we found that if you arrive with everything you need it negates the need to be going up & down very often. Having read one of the old reviews that gave the place 1 out of 5 - well it sounded to me like it was the kind of person who would find fault with anything and everything. Don't be put off by that - check it our for yourself. You'll be pleasantly surprised.

Noisy place. No sound proofing from traffic. Old and not very well appointed (no atmosphere). Only positive was the view

Our stay at the Refelctions apartments was great. The apartment was airy, spacious & clean. It had everything we needed. It was in a great location overlooking the river with lovely views. The staff were brilliant & gave us a choice of apartments on arrival & were amazing in allowing us a late check out as we had a night flight. I can't recommend Reflections enough & we will definitely stay there again! Thanks for a wonderful stay.
