Brilliant stay. Awesome park, awesome staff, awesome location 10/10

Everything was excellent!

The cabin was clean and tidy and well resourced, especially catering for a small dog that was amazing...best service also with all the staff. Great location also close to the beach and lake was also great best trip ever thank you Reflections lennox heads family also had a great stay for those couple of days.

Location is nice and close to beach and shops but the standard cabin we stayed in was drity old and unsafe! The bricks/ paving in front of front door and veranda were uplifted by the roots of an old tree nearby by up to 9cm high and gaps of up to 3cm. I had so many ear falls in the 3x days were there. Husband had to clean the floors in the cabin as it was disgusting to walk on. Friends stayed in simular cabins and were not impressed either . Prices are extremely expensive for such poor quality rundown cabins.

Firstly, the room was nothing like the pictures when we booked, you could not swing a cat, no balcony or anywhere to sit outside. The jug had to be held down to boil. Mattress on the bottom bunk was uncomfortable and old as you could feel the boards underneath. The toilet bowl was badly marked at the bottom and when I tried to clean with toilet brush the brush was that old it would not work. Ants were in the sink the first night on also on the front door and walls, I sprayed they did not come back. The socket on the front door was loose and the door would not close properly, I used a screwdriver to tighten but was rusted out, you had to fiscally pull it back and close door with door handle open then let go and it worked.

Very large and clean cabin, big rooms, two sofas, large bathroom, great kitchen and fridge.

Close to everything walking distance great position,cabin floor was dirty found a tablet on the floor,mildew on window sills and on blinds, dust on top of fridge remote for tvdidnt work great.Staff friendly. Westayed before no issues but cabin maintence was very poor will be thinking twice about staying again unless they are cleaned up.

Very relaxed, nice space for a cabin. Enjoyed it and bonus the staff were lovely! Reccomend.

The staff were very pleasant & obliging. We had three nights in a Glamping tent & were delighted with the whole experience. Modern, clean, spacious & comfortable.

Great friendly staff on arrival, & the cabin location & cleanliness was great. These cabins are showing a little age, but still a magnificent choice for this laidback town.

Well setup very clean and we really loved the clamping tent, the park is in an amazing location just short walk from both the lake and the beach

My teen daughters and I had a wonderful week’s stay on GT3 at Reflections at Lennox Head. The glamping tent was better than expected with plenty of space for all three of us during our stay. Simple but effective kitchen. Modern clean bathroom. Comfortable beds and pillows. Best of all - fully air conditioned. The bath on the deck was a great touch but best for families with little kids as there wasn’t much privacy for adults. :p Location was excellent and a short walk to lake, patrolled beach and a cafe. Would recommend.

I will be back and next time I’ll spend more time in the area and not driving to Lismore for work each day.

Quiet convenient for our short stay

We stayed in a Delux Cabin for2. Bed and lounge were comfortable. However the overall cabin needs to be renovated and facilities maintained. Chairs in veranda were uncomfortably and very rusty. Musty smell inside cabin, kitchen cabinets and wardrobe. Bathroom needs work, missing grout in shower,rusty fan. The park is well maintained, amenities, camping kitchen spotless. Friends were in caravan area which was awesome. For what you pay per night in a Delux Cabin, expect more for your money.
