1階だったので始めはがっかりしましたが、バルコニーからビーチに出れることは良かった。空港から1ゾーン距離でバスで行ける、部屋は清潔、築年数はそれなり、ゴキブリ出ましたが価格も安かったので満足です

前もってホテルのウェブサイトを読んで、隣の建物が工事中とありましたので、南側の部屋をお願いし、希望通りにしてくれました。 エアコンが不調と伝えたら、ヒーターを貸してくださったり、アダプターを忘れたと言ったら貸してくださり、とても親切にしていただきました。 ハウスキーパーの方も、ゴミの捨て方等を親切に教えてくださいました。 まるで家族か親戚のように感じました。 今回２度目の滞在ですが、次もまたこちらのホテルを選ぶことでしょう。 The hotel staff, I did not ask his name, he was very nice and kind. The air conditioner did not work well but he lent me the heater. Also I forgot to bring the adapter and he lent me it. Much appreciated. I saw whales from the room! Just 2 though.

チェックインが14時～16時とあったので時間内に行くと、日曜日だったため、人がいませんでした。 電話対応になるので、英語が堪能ならば問題はありません。 部屋にいても、廊下や深夜の隣の音が聞こえてきます。 それ以外の点では、普通に快適に過ごせました。

中心地からは少し離れているがその分静かでのんびりとできました。ホテルの前にバス停があるのでショッピングなどによく利用しました。部屋は清潔でバルコニーから海が見え、海岸までもすぐです。レセプションは親切ですが夕方には閉まってしまうし、日本語は通じないので自己責任で行動する必要があります。

While perfectly situated, this particular apartment was old and tired. The fridge was old with missing shelves; basin had a crack in it, small TV. For the price, we expected more.

Absolutely appalling service from this place. When we arrived at 3.00pm reception was closed. Our check in information said "The front desk is open during the following times: Monday-Friday: 9 AM-4 PM Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property" There was nobody to be seen. We tried calling several numbers for after hours but both lines were not being answered or disconnected. God forbid it wasn't an emergency situation!! We had asked for a roll away bed for our son which wasn't n the room. Again when tried calling the numbers provided but still no answer. Luckily a lovely lady who owns an apartment there helped us and managed to track someone down. If it wasn't for this lady's help and persistence to assist us we would not have had any help. We were at the stage of sleeping on an old leather couch with no bedding. When a roll away bed finally arrived it was old and rusty and appallingly uncomfortable. Overall the experience at this place was terrible and ruined the end of our trip.

Loved: beautiful view from spacious rooftop the sound of waves from studio and location. Didn’t like: The reception desk on a weekend in this complex in a tourist area, only opens from 9-10am. Guests phone upon arrival at 2pm to obtain pin to open safe to find keys and paperwork. Several envelopes for different guest’s apartments were there. People could take anyone’s envelope. A guest who was waiting longer than us for a return call for his pin, reached in to obtain his. Where is the security in this procedure? During first phone call I discovered vehicle was too tall to fit in underneath car park. I was advised that I couldn’t park in any of the 5 visitor car parks …but on road. Continuous yellow line on public road – so NO parking was available. When phoning upon arrival I was told again that car can be towed away if I parked in visitor carpark. I stated that as paying guests for 2 nights we should have more rights over visitors for a carpark. Told them that we will be parking; gave rego number and said that we don’t want our vehicle towed away. Other guests could not believe this procedure exists and had never come across it before.

We've been here many times and always enjoy it. The location is beautiful and very relaxing.

Definitely clean but in need of maintenance and replacement furniture (dining chairs broken and very old couch). Comfortable bed, plenty of space and lovely views.

Overall ok. Good value for money

We stayed in a studio with a ocean view, only a couple of things the shower door doesnt close properley the toilet seat is too small, but come here every year and we are happy staying at the regency

The location of this property was fantastic! Close to the surf club and the beach. The property is older, but clean and tidy. Checkin process was easy and staff were helpful and friendly. Pool and spa were clean.

Our overall stay was lovely and we would stay again, however, he property could do with some TLC both in the units and in the grounds.

Overall, Regency was very good, but the room we stayed in needed maintenance done. Curtains in bedroom were in poor condition (didn't properly cover the glass door/windows), the hand basin in bathroom was cracked & should be replaced, the glass sliding door onto deck from main room was difficult to open (needs oiling or wheels replaced), the bathroom has no or very little ventilation so smelt quite a bit at times.

Perfect beachfront location - excuses the state of the hotel room itself… Overall, the view and the distance to the beach is what makes this hotel a great choice. It’s a shame about the room itself. Everything is run down, even the actual door lock and frame are scratched and wobbly. The curtains are falling off the frame, skirting boards and paint is chipped, the carpet needed replacing a long time ago. It feels pretty cheap and ratty- i.e the ugliest art works you can find and an op shop looking lounge. If you value location over comfort, you can look past this. But if the owner renovated the whole place, you could nearly charge what you like the location is that good. On the fence about coming back, I’ll probably spent a bit extra for somewhere that’s finished to a nicer standard. Good points - location, checking in and out when the office was unstaffed was easy, intercom to call centre and keys ready for me, cleanliness was good despite the actual property condition, parking.
