ローズヒル ホテル

1階がBAR、2階が客室になっており、レストランは無い。設備は比較的新しく、宿泊費は安い。但し、食事、買い物は駅まで１０分程度歩く必要がある。トイレ、シャワーは共同で、いわゆるオーストラリアの昔ながらのホテルという感じ。

不便な場所にあり、車がないと無理。しかも住所が分かりにくく、私は歩きだったので探すのに半日かかった。無料wi-fiはあるが、接続が悪くて全く役に立たない。フロントは24時間体制ではないくせに、デポジットで100ドルを取る。クレジットカードにしたが、本当に返してくれるのか？因みにフロントは10時にならないと人がいないので、朝早く出たので、チェックアウトは箱にキーカードを入れただけ。

Bar staff were helpful - I joined the PubPass program to save some money. Room was comfy. AC was awesome. Shared toilets not so clean but there were a lot of kid staying there.

The room rate was great value, beds were comfortable enough and the room itself was clean and spacious. Conveniently located a short walk to Granville train station. The bar was very quiet and staff were friendly and helpful. Hand soap in the shared bathrooms would have been great. Cigarette smoke was wafting into our room through the small gap under the door throughout the night.

We didn’t stay. Walked into the room then checked the bathroom and left

It was mostly good for the cheap price. Though the room I booked was advertised as a single room with a twin bed and I actually got a very small single bed. I was in too much of a hurry to argue about it with the young guy who checked me in as he served behind the bar so I let it slide, seeing as I had actually looked for the cheapest room I could find I guess I get what I paid for.

Very dirty shared bathroom facilities, stains all over walls in the room. Very hard bed, only one pillow provided per person. Fire alarm went off at 1am due to a guest smoking in the toilets. Staff unable to turn off immediately and offered no apology etc Will not be returning

Didn't realise it was shared toilets and bathrooms, but it was fine.

No bistro or any food air con not working

No bathroom, just a shared, broken and dirty option. Unsafe car parking. This is an old pub, filled now with pokies. A high stair climb up an ancient staircase to a tiny room with no heating option. I chose not to stay after checking in and handed back my key quickly.

Amenities and facilities could be better. A bit average

Very bad stay as we don’t have separate toilets and have to go out and use shared bathroom we book something and got something else

Bad customer service , no phone in room. No room service , no cleaning.
