とてもきれいなホテルで、アーミデールに再び来るようなことがあったら、また泊まりたいと思います。モーテルにしてはアメニティーが充実していたと思います。上品なバスローブもありました。併設レストランで提供される食事のラムショルダー、牛ロースのBBQは最高でした。

このホテルは、棟が複数ある大きめのモーテルで、幹線道路に面しているので、初めてでも見つけやすい。部屋は、個別のエアコンがあって快適で、オーディオ機器や細部に凝っている。

Very disappointing room. Carpet was stained, black mould in the shower door tracks, marks around hand basin and old and tarnished tap fittings. The only service to the room during our three day stay was emptying of the bins. The rooms are in desperate need of a refresh. On a positive note , the bed was extremely comfortable.

Stayed in a superior queen bed room, plenty of room for two people. Bed and pillows comfortable. Shower had the rainfall head and the hand held head, that dosen't mean much to me but my wife is a fan.

Motel out of town centre. Need vehicle or transport to get to shopping, night life, eateries and tourist highlights. Room comfortable, spacious with beds for 3. Safe area...

The beds were very old and not in good shape.

Having stayed here over a number of years, we found the property is getting tired and needs a fished and modernisation. The dining option this year was quite limited compared to the past. Large travelling group came in for dinner and were served first even though we had been at our table for some 10 mins before they arrived.

Gym was in poor condition. The room stank of cigarettes. Staff ambivalent.

This hotel could use an upgrade! We have stayed here a few years ago and were quite happy, but this time around, we were disappointed. The bathroom is small for a family of 4 (room with 1 Queen bed and 1 sofabed) - and the fan was not working very well. After we all had showers, a lot of tiny black bugs came out from under the bathroom sink. The cleanliness of the room itself was poor, lots of spiderwebs (and one rather large spider). Kids said the sofa bed was not very comfortable. We could also hear very well the people in the room next door. Buffet breakfast was underwhelming as well and not much options for younger kids. We stayed at Port Macquarie Rydges a few weeks ago, and cannot believe the Armidale hotel is still part of the Rydges chain. Only redeeming features were price, free parking and location.

Loved it the bed was comfortable but thats a personal choice. The room was clean the staff and the were so friendly. Breakfast was amazing.

Thanks god we only stayed here for one night with my husband and two young adult children.There was nothing like it was advertised on the website.The whole apartment was run down and stank of smoke.Walls were dirty so do the windows and frames.The curtains were mouldy.We found a used bedding under the sofa.Our sheets were covered with stain spots.On top of it we were informed to collect snd discard all rubbish bags in the main container and wash the glasses and plates otherwise we will be charged for it.Nevertheless the fridge was filled with booze for purchase.This is a joke not a hotel.

They have a barbecue area without any water supply, without lighting system. They had a electric light which had no switch and the light was not working. I informed at the reception, but no response. During bookings I have seen there was kitchen, but in reality no kitchen at all.

Airconditioner was not working properly, bedside clock woke us up in the middle of the night, hot water knob fell off the shower the entry keycard stopped working,

Quiet, peaceful and walking distance to the park, pubs and grocery.

Lovely property and staff. Only fault is the bed was too soft for me. Did not sleep well
