Staff were exceptionally kind & understanding and offered easy solutions to booking amendments, Mr Saga at the front desk is clearly from the old school of hotels and was professional, charming and accommodating. Beds are super comfy and the room was spacious, clean and has excellent air conditioning. Excellent location with public transport only a few steps away.

確かにロケーションは正直言って良くないと思います。然し、近辺にはスーパーもあるし、ちょっと したレストランもあるし、町中への移動だけを無視したら結構なホテルでした。でも、中央駅にも10分程度で行けるし、バスに乗ることを嫌いならば別だけど良いホテルだと思います。部屋は広いし、毎日清掃してくれるし問題はないと思います。 充分満足しました。

No body wash or soap in the shower, no water in the room, it felt pretty crappy when you got in the shower and had to use the tiny piece of soap from the counter

Property was fine for a quick overnight stay. Room was spacious and a quick walk away from Newtown/ Enmore. The only thing that was disappointing was we booked a King size bed and got a queen and parking was an extra $35

When you arrive, you are met with two sofas. Both the sofas had broken legs and one corner was on the ground. After checking in we were met with floors on level four that had rubbish all around. It was obvious the floors had not been vacuumed for days and maybe weeks. The staff member in the restaurant was one of those people that seem to resent having to be there and work.

The carpark is absolutely a nightmare if you have anything bigger than a kia picanto. There are poles everywhere- enter at your own risk. The pool photos look like there is a spa. There is not, it's a toddler pool. On the plus side the staff were really welcoming, the room was very comfortable and the location was ideal for what we needed.

Clean and friendly place to stay for a short period. Restaurant is not open on weekends. Shower pressure was poor and a light wasn't working. Breakfast was excellent.
