Transportation is inconvenient. Amenities are lacking.

We enjoyed staying for 1 night. We appreciate for the upgrade and welcome drink. It included delicious breakfast and tickets for the 4 amusement parks. Very reasonble. So satisfied ☆

Excellent place for family holiday

Overall great place to stay if you are visiting the Gold Coast. We went during Christmas in July period where there were extra activities for kids and a special dinner buffet: which is a must try. Breakfast offering was abundant and resort appears to be well equipped for a family of 4. Even though our room included free entry into 4 theme parks, the kids would have been happy to stay at the resort all day and play in the pool. Only negative would be resort is showing its age and in need of some renovations. Most importantly the kids had a great time and said they would be happy to return.

My experience was so grateful at the property, from check in to check out everything was great. Sabreen and Zhar served me in very polite way, and helped me with everything i need from slippers,dentalkit,birthday present and wine glasses. Overall, i will rate 5/5 stars and will highly reccomend it for its ambience at competitive price.

Had a 3 night stay here- great value for money especially if you can get the theme park tickets and breakfast included. Breakfast was busy but as we got there early we never had to wait. Stayed on the first floor in the park wing and it was great being able to walk straight out to the pool. We had dinner one night at Melrose and another at the Lobby Lounge bar- food was great in both places especially the Nutella pizza from Melrose. Would stay again! Just be aware that due to current tram line works- the trip to the airport can take well over an hr.

Excellent service. Excellent staff. Comfortable modern rooms. Perfect for our family.

Pros: Perfect hotel for families with kids. Good range of food options, great entertainment for the kids (discos etc). Easy access to sea world, staff were pleasant and polite. Concierge took our bags to our room on arrival. Room cleaned every day. Cons: rooms have been renovated to a poor standard, sea world resort should sue the building company. Towel racks hanging on by a thread, poor craftsmanship around the bathroom (things badly installed etc). My kids crocs were stolen on our first night here, staff were happy to log as lost property, but no further assistance given (for example looking at cameras to see who took them). Pros outweigh the cons, it was a great holiday and would definitely stay again in the future.

The rooms are comfortable, food was great some awesome selections, a little on the expensive side for the buffet dinner meal, but all in all, Very friendly and helpful staff. Parking options weren't great for late arvo returns

Great for families with kids. Lots of activities and food options at the resort. At the door step to the theme park and beach.

The staffs were friendly and the check in process was very smooth.

We had a great time and loved the convenience of staying beside the theme park and having a buffet breakfast. All this whilst also being able to see the sunset over water with the Gold Coast lights beneath

Location: The resort is conveniently connected to the seaworld theme park, and it's very easy to get in and out. It is a half hour-ish drive to other theme parks, about 10mins to Australia fair mall and Broadwater parklands. Parking was okay for the most part but we were here in the low-period so it'll be chaos when it's busier. Facilities: The water play area was great and a big hit for my two toddlers. I used the gym and the spa which were good but nothing to get excited about. Lots of activities available for children and regular appearances by exciting cartoon friends. Food: The breakfast was lovely, there were plenty of options. We also tried the midwinter Christmas buffet and it was delicious. Unfortunately didn't get around to trying the Japanese, and the pasta restaurant was just okay. Room: just a basic room, nothing to complain about or get excited about. It was clean and comfortable, and we had enough space to spread out. Conclusion: one of the best places we've travelled to specifically for our kids. Will definitely recommend to young families. Every staff member we interacted with was absolutely lovely, helpful and friendly.

Great resort with lots of dining options and so convenient to SeaWorld. Lots of activities for the kids.

It was loud

What a fantastic stay! I was worried about staying in a hotel room with all my family, but we did not even notice. Rooms were quiet, clean, comfortable beds. The fact you get access to SeaWorld as many times as you want, was amazing. It was not far to places. The staff were fantastic. All lovely especially the buffet breakfast staff. Even though there was a bit of a wait to get in there, the staff handled it all very well. Great place to stay! Would definitely recommend!
