2ヶ月近く滞在しました。景色が快適でリビングからも右をみると海も砂浜もよく見え朝日が綺麗で左を見ると夕陽がナラン川に反射された景色が綺麗で良かった。またフロントのデービットさんも友好的でいつもいる事が多く安心出来た。

2017年8月中旬に泊まりました。オーシャンフロントでリビングからは砂浜や海岸線が望め最高でした。朝は日の出も見られ素敵でした。リビングには大きいソファー２つとTV、ベランダは広くはないもののベンチ２脚とテーブルがあり、波音を聞きながらのんびりできます。日本であればすずめがくるようにカラフルなロリキート（インコ）がベランダにきたりしてリゾート感いっぱいでした。 私たち家族３人が泊まった部屋は寝室が２つあり（多分１つはいわゆるゲストルームでトイレとシャワー付き）広々としていて過ごし易かったです。 メインのシャワー・トイレ室には洗濯機・乾燥機もあります。洗面用石鹸と食器洗剤はついていました。洗濯用・食洗機用はそれぞれ１回分だけついています。シャンプー・リンス・歯ブラシはないので自分で用意しました。 ビーチで泳いでいる人もいましたが季節的には冬だし泳ぐにはちょっと肌寒いので室内プールで泳ぎました。サウナもついていて、ちょっと泳ぐには良いと思います。設備的にはバーベキュー台や小さな温泉宿にあるようなゲームコーナーがあります。

サーファーズパラダイス中心部より徒歩１５分程度北のメーンビーチ地区にあるため、落ち着いた環境。目の前がビーチで景色がよい。最寄のコンビニやトラム駅までは徒歩５分。部屋は全室２ベッドルームで清潔で広々としており、各室にバスルームあり。施設は古いが、清潔で、部屋には、フルキッチン（電子レンジ、オーブン、食洗機、調理器具や食器、カトラリーも充実）、洗濯機、乾燥機もあり、とても便利です。ただ、トイレットペーパーや、石鹸、洗剤類は初めの数日分しかなく、スーパー等で買い足す必要あり。シャンプー類、歯ブラシは備え付けがないので、持参必須です。ワンフロア４ユニット、約15階建てと小規模のアパートながら、屋内外の小さいプール、サウナ、テニスコート、ゲームルーム、BBQスペースがある。地下は無料の駐車場、部屋に金庫あり、有料WiFiもあり（１日１０Aドル、１週間３０Aドル）。

The apartment appears quite old and is not well maintained. The room had multiple cleanliness issues: stains were visible on the doors, walls, furniture, toilet, and toilet paper holder. The dining chairs had noticeable marks, the floor was not properly cleaned, and the walls were yellowed. The doors and door handles in each room showed significant wear, with stains and signs of rust. The washing machine was not usable, as there was mould inside. In addition, the building’s common areas, including the corridors and elevators, appeared old and were not cleaned regularly. Overall, the condition and cleanliness of the apartment did not meet reasonable expectations.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel this needs to be addressed as the unit has great potential yet seems very neglected. The apartment looked nothing like the photos on the Expedia listing. Inside, it was quite run-down, with mismatched furniture that was either stained or falling apart — one of the lounges was even peeling. The shower door didn’t close properly, causing water to leak all over the bathroom floor, and the bedhead in the second bedroom was covered in dust. The balcony sliding door also didn’t lock, which was concerning. On the positive side, the location is fantastic — right across from the beach, with a lovely café opposite and just a short walk to the tram and Cavill Avenue. Unfortunately, the condition of the unit didn’t match the photos, and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. 😢

We had a lovely stay. Esther was so helpful and kind. The accomodation is a little old but was very affordable. We noticed no tissue box in the bathrooms but they did supply soap and body wash. The views were nice but it was noisy as the Gold coast had a lot of road closures for an upcoming event. This made driving a little slower and more inconvienient than a normal day.

Had a nice stay with family very comfortable staff were great and prompt to respond if we had any issues .... Right Infront of the beach just crossed the road very close distance to Surfers Paradise great place to stay in !

Great view

This property is an absolute gem. It's on the older side so if you're expecting the Marriott you'll be disappointed but if you don't mind a little bit of wear and tear, you'll love it. The beds weren't awesome but the pillows were pretty good and it was very clean and tidy. It's very noisy at the moment with major construction across the street, and it's very windy being right on the beach but it's a stone's throw from the tram and it has two heated pools (indoor and outdoor). There's great coffee next door and across the road and a corner store on the next block. The staff are absolutely lovely and overall we would definitely stay here again, no question.

Not as advertised. Under repair/ construction not mentioned in ads. Room wasn’t ready well after check in time. Toilet not flushed in room! Had to ask for towels. Basic welcome items Aka small milks in fridge not provided. Appliances eg tv unit visibly very dirty. All views around pool etc blocked off by construction materials. Was a disappointing trip at a high cost :(

Great little hotel

Not a great stay but put up with it. Will not stay there ever again. Pubic hairs on bathroom floors, dirty. Durty nappy on balcony. Enough said.

I expected that this apartment would be old, but it was also not clean in many areas: pots had food grease in them, floors were not totally clean, there was hair stuck to the ensuite shower wall, cushions were stained, plates and cutlery were gritty, and ants swarmed on any food left on the bench for more than 2 minutes (on the 3rd floor!). Also, the microwave had a non-functional turntable in it, so it was unsafe to use (food burnt in some areas and remained frozen in others). There were also barely enough blankets for the beds and they were also of dubious cleanliness. I would not stay here again.

Not clean and needed maintenance

Good location as its right in front of beach , beautiful sunrise view is spectaculars. Some floors smells bad otherwise its ok with this budget. Property manager is co operative and easy going.

Unpleasant Odors: The accommodation had a persistent and unpleasant smell, making our stay uncomfortable and displeasing. Leaking air conditioner. Constant wet & leaky Kitchen floor : (as per Photos attached), leading to slippery surfaces. Unfortunately, our children slipped twice due to this issue, raising serious concerns about safety. Dirty Kitchen Utensils & Plates: The kitchenware provided was in a deplorable condition (photos attached of a broken pair of tongues). Plates and utensils were visibly dirty, posing a health risk for anyone using them. Missing Toilet Paper Holder in the ensuite bathroom (see photos) : inconveniencing us and creating an unsanitary environment. Peeling Wallpaper: The walls of our accommodation were adorned with peeling wallpaper, which not only looked unappealing but also raised questions about the overall maintenance of the property. Non-functional TV Remotes: The TV remotes provided did not work, depriving us of the basic amenities that were expected during our stay. No vacuum Cleaner was supplied for us to clean (that's a basic inclusion) No mop supplied to dry up the

Our stay was enjoyable. The site is nice, however some areas like the lifts and garbage shoot were quite dated .

Seaview is amazing! 5 minutes from center...

It was a lovely, clean and safe apartment with amazing views. Great for families with a brilliant location, close to food, shops and a tram station over the road from a stunning beach. Had a lovely clean outdoor pool and an indoor one as well, overall thoroughly recommend
