We had stayed six nights. Air conditioner and TV didn't work. TV was fixed second day, but we couldn't use the air conditioner at all everyday. The room wasn't clean well and amenity (shampoo, etc) and towel was not supplied enough. We complained about that first day, but only some parts were improved and staff never apologized until I got angry and pointed out that. Although I have stayed many kinds of hotels, Honestly and unfortunately, this hotel was worst and I regretted to book six nights! Since I want them to improve more for next customer, I wrote this comment.

ホテルのスタッフはとても愛想がよく、特に男性スタッフが親切でとても印象が良かったです。 清掃スタッフも洗濯機や乾燥機の使い方を教えてくれたりとても良い時間を過ごせたのですが ただフロントの女性のチーフらしき方の印象が悪かったので、評価を下げました。 施設も部屋は広く、設備も備わっているので高評価を付けたいところですが 部屋付き金庫や洗濯機・乾燥機は一見使い方が分からないのに使用方法の書かれた紙などはなく不親切でした。 また、テレビやエアコンは不調で現地の友人に見てもらっても使用できず ホテルのメンテナンスの方に見てもらってやっと使用できました。 数日間とても寒かったです。 評価を下げた一番の理由は清掃です。 連泊しましたが、数日が経過して夜寝るときに初めてシーツが汚れてることに気づきました。 その汚れは私がメイクする時についた汚れでした。 気になったので翌朝部屋の清掃を依頼するのと一緒に、シーツか汚れてたから洗って貰えるように依頼したら 連泊中はシーツは洗わない（私は英語が得意ではないので確かじゃありません）と言われ どうしても洗ってほしい！と伝えたら、清掃のチーフに確認します。と言われました。 夜ホテルに戻って確認してみたら、汚れたシーツのままでした。 もしかしてと思い、タオル類を確認したところ、やはり自分の使用した痕跡が残っていて 1週間ほどの連泊だったので、最後にとても嫌な気持ちになりました。 また、メルボルンへのアクセスですが、トラムでは1本でいけません。 メルボルン方面へ7分（Googlemap上）歩いた先にあるバス停からなら1本でいけます。 しかしそれも本数が少ないです。 また、帰りも同じバスの乗って帰ってくることが多く、通りは夜歩いてる人がとても少なかったので少し怖かったです。 総合的にメルボルンへ観光を考えてる人にはお勧めできないホテルでした。

Sandra at reception was great, hotel smelt was barely furnished to that of a asylum seeker hotel standard from the uk… carpet was worn, kettle was a white cheap from supermarket, no coffee , kitchen was non existent or wouldn’t use. Spend $10 more and go to oaks next door. This place hasn’t been touched since I stayed in 2017 and is borderline a health hazard

Desk was unattended and had to call cell after 30min. Not hospitable. Very dusty and had to clean air filter for partially working HVAC. Refrigerator was ice packed and not cooling. Marks all over walls. Floors and walls in halls were in serious need of repair and cleaning.

Well located for the event I was attending. Room was relatively quiet and had a view of Albert Park Lake. Just 180m from a convenience store. I did not like small capsules of UHT milk not even in fridge. No light milk

Very run down hotel. Sheets were dirty, floor was torn and stained, dust everywhere, shower head didn’t work, heater didn’t work. It was a horrible stay, basically cold, uncomfortable and dirty.

The property was part of the Season Hotel group and is located very close to the public transport which was great.The room was clean and functional with a small kitchen but required upgrading, fixing the heater/airconditioner and a room phone to contact staff at the reception in case of emergency or to fix technical problems in the middle of the night.

The property is very close to the Alfred hospital which is great. The building is having renovations which are fine but needed. The only couple of items is that there is a fairly expensive charge for parking which I hadn’t seen mentioned in the advert when viewing the property. Also luckily we had enough credit we had on our credit card due to a $200.00 holding deposit taken when we arrived but this was after we had paid for the room!. Cheers David Cooper

The winning point for me was convenience- it was close to where I need to be and it’s got good transport links. Bed is comfortable enough without much fuss, room amenities are basic but clean and tidy. It would be nice if the bins were at least emptied daily, even though I only stayed for a couple of nights. Overall, ok if you’re only after a comfortable bed for the night. No frills.

The reception staff were pleasant and it's well serviced by public transport into the city. The room was basic, clean but quite shabby, with an ancient TV, very worn carpet, and shelves coming loose from the walls and in cabinets. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, soft and lumpy. There is a gym at the hotel, but there was no information about the hotel amenities provided in the room. As a base to leave your belongings while you do something else, it was very good value, but as somewhere to actually spend time I recommend looking elsewhere - the place just feels a bit weird.

I frequent this hotel regularly. The staff are professional, helpful and kind. The rooms are perfectly suitable with amenities. It’s wonderful to stay somewhere where customer service is still a priority, and requests are accommodated- where reasonable. Thank you for a lovely stay.
