Restaurant was great . Beds were comfortable. Fan and lights need fixing. Mould in shower.

The room was good but the fuse blew and couldn't be fixed so I was moved to another room. The wiring in that room was wrong so that the fan didn't work, so I was moved to another room. That room was good. They refunded one day of the fee to cover the inconvenience. Overall a good place to stay, although I had some issues.

Cheap, convenient and central for 1 night stay when everything else is booked, Room was clean but the air-conditioning, TV and fridge were not working. Looks like it is hosted by young back packers and Saturday nights are a bit rowdy....

Very Shabby dated furnishings… very obvious that landlords are reluctant to bother with even small repairs and improvements.

Reception was closed for lunch without a time when they would return (which was 2pm), then a further wait for her to check the room. Drinking glasses were dirty (lipstick marks), the wifi password was not given and when asked, I was told that the sign was "definitely in the room" - which it wasnt. Police banged on our door at 11pm to ask about a disturbance downstairs.

Very run down old and dated room. Pool looked unclean and constant noise from the road

PERFECT LOCATION ON THE STRAND. STUDIO APARTMENT WAS VERY OVERPRICED FOR WHAT WE GOT. CUTLERY AND CROCKERY WAS INSUFFICIENT FOR TWO PEOPLE. MICROWAVE NEXT TO THE SINK, VERY UNSAFE. BINS HAD NOT BEEN EMPTIED FROM PREVIOUS TENANTS. NO INFORMATION ON HOW TO USE MICROWAVE AND TV. WE WERE DESPERATE WITH ONLY TWO PROPERTIES AVAILABLE ON DAYS WE NEEDED.

Good location

We booked a 3 night stay but left after 1. (Would have left straight away but couldn’t secure alternative accommodation due to football match in town) Room 28 was disgusting. We stepped over cigarette butts, macadamia nut shells and rubbish to get in the front door. The lounge chair was horrendous. It was filthy and had a sheet of plywood underneath the cushions. The curtains were filthy. There was gaffe tape on the floor holding the lino down. The fan looked like it would fall out of the ceiling at any time. The pillow protector was yellow with stains. The place was awful. Definitely would NOT RECOMMEND.

Unable to confirm booking ls phone weren’t working arrived at property office dirty junky hoarding area walked into room not clean hair in floor rubbish dirt bathroom not clean cracks in tiles and walls everywhere… would never recommend staying there! Didn’t end up staying booked somewhere else

Hotel ligt meteen aan boulevard ze waren het echter aan het renoveren dus beetje rommelig

have stayed here several times over the years.will never stay again due to the fact they wanted to charge $20 an hour extra for a early check in fee.could understand a fee if it was early in day but 1pm or 12 noon .outrageous.

The Website photos certainly make the appearance better than it was. There are a lot of rooms, but hardly any with balconies or views. I wouldn’t stay there again, the whole place needs a lot of work and Maintinance.
