部屋には床暖房がありましたが作動しておらず、ホテルの方に調べてもらいましたが「これでオンになったはず」と言われたのに夕食後帰ってきたらやはりオフのまま。スキー場が近いので5月でもかなり冷えます。フロントの女の子は「毛布まだ持ってくるから」と言いますが寝てる時だけの問題じゃないでしょ… 「他の部屋はついてるんですか？部屋変えてもらえませんか？」と言っても「満室です」と。部屋の前に車を停めるモーテル形式で、車3台ほどして停まってないのに、どうしてそういう見え透いたウソつくかなー。何よりも、申し訳ないという気持ちがまったく感じられなかったことに腹が立ちました。オーストラリアの接客もだいぶ良くなったなーと思っていたけど、田舎はまだそういうとこ変わってないなと。全然だめ。

Terrible hotel. In your room, you will find a note demanding that you must empty your rubbish basket. You are also required to wash all cutlery and dishes before checkout, using a tiny sink measuring only 40 cm by 10 cm. The floor is so squeaky and bouncy that you can’t walk without waking people who are already asleep. The rooms are not soundproof at all, and the chairs on the balcony are dirty. Siesta Villa also adds extra fees on top of the total you agreed to on Wotif.com prior to arrival, entirely at their own discretion. The prepaid breakfast ends before 9:00 AM, so you can easily miss it if you’re not an early bird. During my three‑night stay, there was no room service and no change of towels. The front door lock jammed once in the open position, and the balcony glass door had visible cracks. I would strongly suggest avoiding Siesta Villa if possible.

What a little gem this place is. For the price we paid we weren’t expecting it to be so good. The beds were very comfortable and the room fit our family of 6 perfectly. The bbq area was neat and clean and lake views were stunning. We will definitely go back to this place. I would have liked some healthier options for breakfast but kids certainly loved it.

The property was clean. Saff reached out to us in time. Overall a very confoirtable stay in a quite location and all amenities provided in a gfood apartment.

Établissement vieillot et pas entretenu, chambre très petite pour 5.de nombreuses poches de déchets en bas de l'accés aux chambres. Pas très propre. En revanche très bien manger au restaurant et le petit déjeuner très bien. Belle vue sur le lac et les montagnes.

Everything was satisfactory as expected. The only issue was no internet access. I had work to do but could not connect on any of the 3 wifi options. I had to hotspot my own phone.

The family room was great. Good location for easy access to the ski slopes. The included cooked breakfast was a fantastic and easy way start to the day when we were heading off for a big day of skiing.

The location is good. The breakfast is alright I happened to peep below the beds and they were very dirty to say the least . The price charged is at premium due to the snow season The place needs a good clean .
