Very accommodating. We booked last minute due to the Queensland floods and needed emergency accommodation for the night due to road closures, we booked 2 nights just incase then couldnt make it back to Bowen due to road closures, however the property manager/owner was very understanding and allowed us to cancel the 2nd night without any charge. Which we really did appreciate due to the unique situation. Very clean and tidy which great cooking facilities. Thank you.

Close to beach and park. In need of an update. Bins were extremely smelly. Our fully paid Studio room was given away to “walk in” couple moments before our arrival. Very expensive, absolutely no value for the money.

Fully self-contained with everything that we needed. The kids loved the pool, and the beach was lovely to walk along in the morning. We were only passing through quickly, but this was a great place to stop and rest.

Amenities were adequate for our needs. Unit was quite comfortable and tidy. Straight across the road from the park and beach. Only thing I didn't like is the fact that my vehicle is 2.2m high and so I could not park in reserved spot.

The lady who managers the hotel is lovely and always a pleasure to talk to. Nice room and quite but the bed is so hard and uncomfortable, also that itchy blanket is Definitely a downer.

Very lucky to get upgraded from studio room. Great staff. Quite cold at night so asked for extra blanket. Very convenient.

Unfortunately our home was burgled while we were away in beautiful Bowen . Jackie the owner was so understanding and amazingly understanding. Such amazing , caring , thoughtful owners . The best place to stay in Bowen

We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment (no.10) and it is showing its age and is in need of a total renovation. This is not the level of accommodation that we would usually stay at but left our booking a little late. There was rain while we were there over 4 nights and the roof was leaking in the main bedroom (over the bedside table which we moved out of the way), lucky it was not over the bed. The kitchen sink is leaking water into the cupboard underneath and the tiles are cracked on the kitchen floor which lift when you walk over them sticking up and is quite dangerous and could cut you. This would not be good if you had toddlers crawling around or small children running around. There was no one around when we checked out so these issues were not reported but some are obvious anyway and should be rectified. There were no toiletries provided except for a couple of cakes of soap so make sure you take your own. The location is in a nice area but there are no shops or restaurants close by and so you need to drive or get a taxi to eat out. Good area for walks and markets in the park across the road on Sundays but unfortunately were not on at the time of our stay. This apartment was not for us and we would not return but may suit others looking for budget accommodation.

We had a great stay, perfect location for the beach and the park. The unit was clean and comfortable. The staff were lovely! We'll be back next time we holiday in Bowen! Thank you!!

Nice location. Beautiful park adjacent to beautiful beach across the road. Not beachfront but great location.
