The apartments are very well located in the centre, clean and comfortable with plenty of space. They are simple and functional and the bed is excellent. The staff is very helpful and welcoming and managed to get us an additional night when they had a cancellation. We would highly recommend it.

We arrived late, and it was past the time that the front desk was open. However, this was not a problem as I received information from the hotel with easy instructions on how to get my room key and enter the property. The room was spacious, clean and tidy. It had the basic kitchen facilities which all worked. The bathroom was modern and bright. The bed was very comfortable, and we had a very relaxing sleep that night. This room had a balcony with a great view. I was very impressed with the room considering the hotel was rated 4 stars.

The room was perfectly clean and functional. It had everything you might need. They did charge my card twice, high I presume was not intentional, but something to keep an eye out for. They tried to blame my bank, but fixed it once I provided the initial receipt.

The location of St Ives suits our needs perfectly. We have stayed there several times. The staff are friendly and the off street parking is a great plus. The rooms are a good size. We won't hesitate to stay there again.
