Clean and well maintained motel.

friendly staff, very clean and tidy. there was a bit of road noise and a train in the middle of the night, but that didn't take anything away from the fact that the motel is clean and well staffed.

I so desperately want to give 5 stars, but one significant oversight is stopping me. Let's start with the good. Absolutely lovely, welcoming, and friendly staff. The room was huge and immaculate on entry. The bathroom and kitchen area were spotless, and everything was very comfortable. Great location - I was able to walk to the supermarket and to J Ward. Now, the not so good. Bit loud with trucks going past constantly, but that's to be expected for the area, so not great, but it doesn't affect my rating. What does is that the sheets weren't changed from the last guest. There were loose hairs on the pillow and... ummm... 'body' hairs between the sheets. There was an extra blanket and pillows in the cupboard, so I ended up just sleeping on top of the bed. If I had stayed longer, I would have asked them to change the sheets. Aside from that, this place is so great that I'm choosing to assume it was an accidental oversight (human error happens). I would stay there again. Still, I unfortunately had to give it 4 stars to be honest, so that anyone reading this can make an informed decision.

Extremely noisy, the trucks are loud but the trains are louder. Never again.

Great little place. Bayhroom was good. Aircon filter was clean, which is very rare. Check in was a breeze and hassle free, as was check out. Little road traffic noise, as its om the main hwy. Bed was good.

Good. Everything was Good except for the train and traffic noise. I was there to visit someone in hospital.

Clean room. Made up daily. The noise from the road can be loud at night. The room was a tad outdated, but definitely nice and clean. I’d happily stay there again.

Hotel is nice and for most parts quiet. The property does have a Train line opposite it, and was a touch noisy in the middle of the night with the odd freight train. Other than that it is a lovely property that I would not be beyond staying at again.

Right on a main road, big trucks passing all hours. Opposite train tracks with long trains passing by at all hours through night too. Room not that clean with cobwebs around walls and ceiling, killed a large black spider. Old and tired accommodation, over priced!

We got there late (10:30pm) & it wasn’t an issue room was spotless

We arrived after check in desk was closed, however they contacted us prior to arrival to confirm arrival time and take payment details. Upon arrival we heard abusive screaming coming from a room 2 doors down. The screaming continued and was constant for the next 30mins. Feeling very unsafe we got in our car and drove off to get away from the noise. We called reception to alert them to what we were experiencing and they replied with "oh its one of the rooms the police have rented, ill check the camera and if hes come out of his room ill let them know amd theyll come pick him up" We didnt hear back from reception with regards to the outcome but upon returning to our room found it very unsettling trying to sleep with a constant sound of someone dry reaching as if they were trying to vomit all through the night. Very unpleasant experience. No follow up from reception either. Wont be staying here again.

Easy check in. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfy. Our room had 2 entrance points, the 2nd was a sliding door that opened up to a courtyard/enclosed area...small playground and table & chairs. Beautifully lit up at night time. I liked it.
