Handy locaation to where we had to go. No parking available, had to park 1/2km away. Room not 100% clean, previous guests water bottle sitting on ground next to chair not even spotted and thrown out by cleaner. Lounge chair & Carpet appeared to have been blood stained previously so new carpet needed. Hot water took forever to come through to shower. We were woken up approx 3:30am with 20mins of noise that appepared to be people throwing very heavy and noisy items into a bin truck or trailer. Got room cheap enough but you pay for what you get.

Great location! Super clean, tidy and convenient room! All you need for a comfortable stay! Security code door system was great! Didn’t have the hassle/responsibility of looking after keys. Thank you very much for a great stay!

Only thing I didn’t like was the stair

While it was a good apartment, it wouldn’t suit someone who is a bit frail due to stairs

Comfortable & great location but difficult to find parking.

Bass from some establishment downstairs was constant. I arrived at around 4:00 and into the night it went, without ever stopping. There is an huge staircase, approximately 24 stairs, that you have to lug luggage up - no prior notification that there’s no lift. This is an issue for people with health problems who can’t lug heavy suitcases up staircases and it should have been stated. In the room I was allocated, there’s no power point next to the bed side tables so you can’t sit on the bed and do things on your phone while it charges. I was given a late check out but it looks like the tradies scheduled there that day were not informed and three of them came into my room in the morning. Everything is done digitally here as there is no reception/front desk. There is no one on site (apart from the cleaners in the morning). My flight was at 4:20pm and because there’s no reception area, there was nowhere for me to leave my luggage for the day while I waited for my flight. I had to wheel it around the streets with me all day. Another thing that wasn’t made clear prior to booking. The best they were willing to offer me was to keep my luggage in the cleaners’ room until noon when they finish - for, get this: $40!!! I’ve never stayed at a hotel in my life that charges for holding luggage! I won’t be back due to the above issues, but if these things don’t bother you, the room was quite big, very clean and in the best location for food options you could want.

Only there for a night but it was everything we needed. Restaurants and bars downstairs that can also provide breakfast. (Try the Overtime cafe, it is great) Was a bit worried about the possible noise from the street but all was quiet. Would recommend to anyone.

Convenient to stay overnight, good condition. Did not like the code system and location next to pub but otherwise a generally good.

Apart from trouble getting into the property, the day was good.

There was no tissue box in the room and one of the bed (Queen bed) mattress was very togh and uncomfortable (half bed, one out of two matresses, was aged and worn off, could feel the springs). Otherwise the studio was very clean and in central location.
