Good area, good motel, clean, close to where I wanted to be...... They have limited parking so call ahead..... If you have a large or tall 4WD...... Be mindful, there are only about 3 parking spots that can accommodate..... Ground floor parking is limited to 2.1 metres tall..... And maneuvering can be close.😉

The staff were lovely, room clean and tidy, convenient walk to Coles and restaurants.

The pool was closed during my stay, but this wasn’t mentioned when booking, which was disappointing and only discovered at check-in. While I understand the environmentally friendly approach to room service, housekeeping often came late in the day (around 4pm), which wasn’t ideal. The location felt safe, quiet, and convenient, but overall the experience didn’t match the price point. At $1,400 for 5 nights, I don’t feel it was good value for money and wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Great accommodation.

Nice comfortable bed however it was a’garden view room’ with no view a balcony with no view no table and chairs. There was a lot of noise sirens ambulances etc

This hotel is in a poor location with opaque windows and high traffic noise. Staff were not particularly helpful or attentive. I won’t be staying again.

We liked the location, comfortable room. Not a view from our room. The rooftop breakfast option was superb, as was the food. We will go there again.

Great location near to the Gabba and good restaurants. We found that the room we were allocated on arrival was rather noisy, mainly from the air conditioning we thought, but still so even with the room specific air con turned off. They kindly moved us to another room with no fuss after a representative came and listened with us. The second room was definitely quieter. However, the air conditioning noise persisted (albeit at a lower level),again even with the room specific air con off.

Great property for access to the Gabba. Dining options in the area are great. Very comfy beds and pillows. Car parking challenging so book in advance for that if you need it.

The premises are new and the rooms are nice and clean and well furnished. The whole building suffers from wind noise in the hallways and in the rooms. So much so that one night our two rooms wore ear phones. Complaints when we checked in resulted in change to floor which was better than where we were but did not negate the noise to an acceptable level. Management agreed next day and a refund for one night each was agreed. The restaurant is excellent as are the rooms decor. The staff were apologetic and accommodating. But when the primary purpose of a motel is to sleep this is far from acceptable.

Right across the road from the Gabba excellent for those wanting to go to watch Cricket or AFL. minute walk to bus station which takes you to South Bank or City. Charging $35 per night for parking is discussing.
