フロントのスタッフがとても冷たく、怖かったです。説明もあまりしてくれず、ホテル内の設備は何も使えませんでした。 部屋はとても心地よく、オーナーの方はとても綺麗にされていてタオルも沢山あり、設備も綺麗でした。グラスがひとつヒビが入っていて使えませんでした。立地はとても良く、どこに行くにも便利でした。

We stayed here for 10 nights a family of 5 We had enough space and were able to use the kitchen amenities. Close to Museum Station and various shopping and coffee shops. Would stay here again.

The location of the building is good, but that is all. The room we stayed in is a private apartment listed on Expedia, check in does not exist, you pick up access swipe cards from the Oaks Hotel desk & return to them, but they have nothing to do with the apartment. The room is close to the lifts and the noise of the lift operation and people getting in/out comes through to the room all night. The room itself is not maintained, the biggest issue is the shower hot water tap is seized, so no hot shower, thankfully there was plenty of hot water and we were able to bath, but not good. Many other maintenance issues including complete lack of trash cans, which was noted in a review some time ago, also the kitchen cupboard kick board is completely broken and the lounge is on a lean, see photos. In summary this apartment is not worth half the money paid and should not be let out until maintenance is carried out. It should be removed from booking sites and they should check the condition and accuracy of the owners information. There was no free WiFi.

It's very hard to contact to host since arrived and didn't reply even sent an email. I still don't understand why they charge the highest tax rather 10% GST. The kitchen ware wasn't cleaned properly . if you charge that fees , muct improve much more as hotel service.

Yes the property is dated but excellent location with views over Hyde Park. very clean, all kitchen facilities worked and the couple of times I had to email the host, Ramesh, the response was very fast. Unfortunately the pool was closed for repairs when we were there.

Visiting from Chicago, stayed for 4 days and it was the perfect home away from home. Had all amenities, very clean, and the pool was fantastic.

Excellent location and wonderful veiws from a well appointed balcony. Well sized space. Interior was not in very good condition. Multiple light switches falling off the wall. No bins anywhere in the appartment. Several lights not working. Overall the space could be really nice and it was certinaly a great location for exploring central Sydney, but I wouldn't stay there with children or anyone else who wasn't competent to avoid the unsafe wiring!

This was probably one of the worst places I have ever stayed. The room was neglected and hadn’t been cleaned in many areas in a very long time. There was a broken window in the bedroom, the sliding doors on small deck were broken and open a slight bit. They couldn’t be closed, which made it very loud in the room. There were cigarette butts on that deck as well. The toaster was broken (previous complaint) the place had a bad smell. Instead of something like a bed chest/murphy bed they had a large bed in the living room. The table was so big there wasn’t much room to get out on the deck that was also uncared for. The air conditioning/heater was so disgusting we didn’t even want to turn it on. Walls in the kitchen were dirty with food splatter from days gone by, the stove was dented and damaged, it was a very small fridge (but the was the least of our worries) the counter top in Kitchen was peeling up, there was visible dirt on all the walls and clumps of dust/dirt along baseboards and in window sills. The bathroom had large clumps of dust dirt around bath tub and vents, the toilet constantly ran and the shower curtain which was so cheap had black and pink mold all over it. There was no garbage can just some bags left to use. It truly was a terrible place to stay and I was disappointed that Expedia had this place on their site as they couldn’t even contact the owners, so we couldn’t get a new toaster or get a partial rebate to go somewhere else.The place needs a total overhaul.

Specious room, incredible views, good amenities, great location, comfortable bed and pillows. Everything else needs improvement - bad customer service from lobby staff, room and bathroom are outdated and doesn’t feel clean, no trash cans in the apartment, tiny refrigerator, very limited kitchen utensils, pots, etc. It depends what you are looking for - location and views are amazing but apartment itself would not recommend.

Room was clean, the best part is that thebtrain is 3 mins walk away close to everything! And not to mention the view from the room and the rooftop.

飯店是與Hyde plaza 共用，地點離museum Train station很近， 房間空間不錯，但有些燈光有問題，洗碗機也沒清潔劑，並不是每日都有人清掃和補充沐浴陣。但有廚房很方便料理食物。附近有pub 晚上會有點吵，另外並沒有提供luggage storage service , 需自行找CBD storage place. 整體來說，還是可以接受
