Brilliant place to stay

Great family friendly destination, but is in need of upgrades. Boutique studio (551) kitchen sink is too small. Unfortunately the spa was not consistently warm on our lengthy stay and the pool appeared to be over chlorinated. Reception staff were lovely, but the guy in the golf shop could improve his customer service skills.

What an absolute treasure. Nestled in a quiet area, with excellent amenities, our room was clean & spacious and within walking distance to restaurant facilities within the complex. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Being located in a quiet area, our stay was restful. We highly recommend the bistro within the complex. Food is absolutely delicious and quite reasonably priced. A visit to the ice-cream shop is recommended for those with a sweet tooth. Would highly recommend this location as a holiday stop or romantic getaway, with room service available.

Location was amazing, love to stay again.

Love the quiet. Room was clean and tidy. Just getting a little tired. The shower didn't drain well & the bathroom floor flooded slightly. Nonetheless, it was excellent value for the money and I'd certainly stay again. The on-site amenities are great & convenient.

Needs a modern upgrade to catch up with times.. Also the buffet breakfast was way to expensive for what was available

Parking was okay

We had a relaxing stay in a comfort room, I could see the staff took me into account by giving us the ground floor (I had mentioned I had a walking stick on the phone) I also noticed the room was great for those with a disability so it felt nice to be thought of and accommodated as I didn’t ask for this specifically. The only problem was some noisey young girls laughing in the corridors but other than that we had a pleasant stay.

Fantastic property, easy check in, spotless room. Parking super easy and full delicious breakfast for $25 is well above average. Would return to Tas just to spend more time here. Excellent.

Everything was good, exactly what we needed for our stay, great having use of the pool and the longer open hours for the pool and gym. And late check in was very helpful.

Golf was great. Place needs some tlc. By mulching gardens would instantly improve quality of grounds. Great resource though

Refrigerator did not work - made noises and froze food. Wasn’t plugged in so had to move it out and turn it on. Reported but reception staff didn’t even make a note of it. Shower was small and taps had sharp edges.

It was an older establishment but up to date, clean rooms comfortable bed. I gauge how good a room is by the fact they have cookies to eat with the coffee and tea amenities. Not many places do this anymore and I appreciate it.
