Stay away! They 'lost' our prepaid booking so we stood in the pouring rain as no one was home, this ruined our anniversary dinner as we had to change in the back of the car. Well mistakes can be made but it's all the little things that made this place Faulty Towers without the humour. No towels, no soap, no shampoo or conditioner (found the first 3 ourselves, had to drive into town for the 4th). A dining table in the room so unstable our drinks were literally migrating to the centre. We've had more stable meals on a cruise ship. Shower that runs 1 minute of hot water followed by 2 minutes of cold and repeat, the cold shower was followed up with a cold 'hot' breakfast, bedside lamps that weren't plugged in and would require us to move the bed to fix, mini fridge so loud we were unable to sleep and had to unplug it and sacrifice our leftover Thai meal and all this in a tacky theme room without the promised view.

Hosts are great. View was spectacular. Breakfast was good. Room was a bit small and bed was a little firm but otherwise very good stay

We love this place, a two person spa to relax in, lovely cooked breakfast and friendliest birds that visit you on the balcony (kookaburras, butcherbirds, currawong, and magpies all popped in for a feed) owners are lovely.

We checked in around 10 PM and had emailed the property via Hotels.com ahead of time, but they were unaware of our late arrival. We booked the Bollywood Suite, which was listed as having one queen and two twin beds. However, upon arrival, we were told it normally only has a queen bed and they had to set up additional beds — likely due to a glitch in the room details on Hotels.com. We also had the Nautical Room, which was as expected. Our stay was incredibly short — just about 5 hours — since we had an early departure for a hot air balloon ride nearby. While the check-in confusion wasn’t ideal, the location was very convenient for our early morning activity. Can’t speak much to the overall amenities or breakfast, as we didn’t stay long enough to experience them.

What a gem of a find. I think we ended up with the best room. From the start we had multiple kookaburras interested in being fed from the balcony and were not shy to come up close. The room was just enough for us to be comfortable and the spa was a lovely luxury. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Would gladly return.

Very comfortable bed, huge shower, lovely veranda outside our door and another larger veranda on which to have breakfast. Unfortunately, had a early morning wakeup from the sound of people moving around in the room above us.

We have a lovey stay and felt very welcomed in a beautiful location, I will stay again

The place was amazing. Very clean. And everything you need is provided. The have a communal kitchen. Great deck. And the owners are very helpful. Would recommend to everyone.

Hosts were lovely, view was great, so peaceful. Amazing variety of friendly native birds. Breakfast on the balcony is highly recommend.

The quietness of it

A lovely environment with stunning views. My room, had a large bathroom, separate toilet, large deck - all with high quality fittings. The whole environment was warm and friendly, and presented so well. The hosts were very friendly, even made complementary home cooked biscuits! I had a breakfast in the morning which was delicious and inexpensive for a cooked meal! I loved my stay and will be back
