I stayed at this hotel with my wife for two nights. It's close to Himeji Garden and it's fun to take a morning walk.However, I was asked to pay at check-in even though I paid at the time of reservation. I asked if it was a deposit, but they said it was not. I asked for a refund at check-out, but I didn't really understand.You can clearly hear the snoring next door.

Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room had a great view. Room was spacious and very clean.

The reception staff member was delightful and so helpful. He's always so nice. The room wasnice and clean and the bed was so comfortable for a great sleep. The restaurant was nice and staff were pleasant. Menu choices were good but servings could have been a little bigger for the price. $16 for half a bowl of soup is a bit pricey and the salad would have been nicer if served in a separate bowl rayher than on a hot plate which made it wilted and less enjoyable. Otherwise the food is nice and I'll stay again because the accommodation is good value. One thing I was a bit unsure about was the deep bath which was a bit concerni g to step out of as I have arthritis. Perhaps extra grab rails would benefit? The shower was lovely and hot and the supplies of shampoo, conditioner and body wash were lovely.

Customer service was above and beyond. The 2 guys we encountered Thursday night and Friday morning were excellent in helping out people from the country.

Have stayed here before and was disappointed in how the room standard has dropped. The couch was missing one of its back cushions, the table was so unsteady that you could not safety put a drink on it, only one chair was provided at the table, meaning you had to move the unmatching desk chair, the bed had only two pillows and there were no spare blankets.

The location was great, my children loved the park across the road and i loved the coffee shop around the corner, which was only a short walk.

The staff were absolutely lovely and went out of their way to accommodate us, even to the extent of bringing up a microwave to our room.

Friendly helpful staff, convenient location

Good stay, location easy to find and close to public transport. We had a choice to opt out of housekeeping to get some freebies at the end of our stay but unfortunately nothing happened when we checked out. Still a good incentive if it works.

Not a bad hotel, comfortable, close to the tram. Only thing is the grab and go fridge in the foyer which appears to be free however is actually a paid service.

Good evening meals; staff are very helpful; cleanliness of carpet and upholstery very poor. Mold in bathrooms under sealants; fridge kept freezing over; bed great; asked to change room after first one had bad smelling pillows. Both rooms on 6th floor. I stayed for 6 nights, rechoosing the hotel after having an upgraded room on 9th floor for one night, before a hospital stay. So second stay was a dissapointment. Just needs intensive clean. Hotel lobby and restaurant/bar all good. Room service meals hot, staff amazing - special shout out to Reevan!

The staff are all friendly and helpful.

Opposite the park and an easy walk to Rundal Mall. Having a shower over the bath was a definite downer! The staff were great!

We had a great stay at property. Looking forward to our next stay.

Extremely good value. Good red wines by the glass as befits its location. Short stay worked well for us with good parking when on way to Flinders Ranges. Good breakfast in a sensible restaurant with overall helpful staff there and on reception too.

It’s very convenient, very close to everything but quiet area tucked away at the South end of Adelaide CBD.

Great place and affordable price.
