オープンして間もないのでお部屋がとても綺麗でした。毎日お掃除に入ってくれるのは嬉しいですね。ランドリールームはお掃除の人も使う様で、あまり綺麗ではありませんでした。それがとても残念。洗うのに4豪ドル、乾燥させるのに4豪ドル必要。ちょっと高め。1ドルコインでないと使えないのも若干不便でした。

Great location but room was only suitable for 2 adults sofa bed was on the floor would be fine for children but out son is 19.

The solitary staff member was wonderful and caring. Our dinner was delicious, the drinks refreshing and the room was exactly what we needed - spotless and comfortable.

The hotel has a great location in the heart of Mosman. It says it has a bar but not so. You can use the communal kitchen for coffee and drinks. All very nice. Check in was very easy with lovely staff and a welcome Mocktail bought to our room after arrival. Room amenities were great (Tim Tams) in the room with pod coffee machine. Breakfast looked nice but we chose a local cafe. We enjoyed our stay but if you get a choice don’t stay in the lower rooms on level one as you hear the chairs being moved for breakfast in the morning above you. All in all a great hotel.

We have just spent two wonderful nights at this delightful hotel. Everything from the warm welcomed, personal service, cleanliness, beds, pillows and deliciously fragranced Leif amenities was first class. The respectful renovation and gentle modernisation of this beautiful Victorian building provided a quiet sophistication that was greatly appreciated. Our room provided everything we could wish for and more (two showers anyone?! Wow!). Great location with easy access to Balmoral and Manly beaches, and only a short drive from the city centre and airport. Everyone we spoke to during our stay was friendly, professional and couldn’t do enough for us. Will gladly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again should we ever return to the area. Clean, modern and comfortable room

Second time we have stayed and it was just as fabulous! Beautiful room, fully stocked mini bar with a niche variety of drinks and snacks. Love the bathroom amenities, and the staff were friendly and helpful. 10/10 location. My only wish is that we could have a cocktail and sit in the outdoor area. Each time we have been it has been packed down/appears closed. Such a beautiful space that I hope to utilise next time we visit!

The place was clean except parts of the flooring was dusty… it gave my kids black feet from running around the room with barefoot. Also the temporary parking area at the front of the hotel were blocked off from a wedding car that day. Although not the hotel’s fault but I wish people are more considerate as I was driving with young kids in the car trying to check in but couldn’t find any nearby parking and the visitor parking were blocked by a wedding car. Perhaps the hotel shouldn’t allow that or at least properly park the car at an allocated space. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

I have stayed at the Albert now multiple times for work and have always had a pleasant stay. The rooms are tidy and always feel luxurious. Staff are friendly. I have another reservation soon and am looking forward to it.

I love the heritage feel of this small hotel. Beautiful room with high ceilings. I stayed in a suite.

Excellent location, modern facility, friendly staff. Wardrobe could do with some extra coat hangers and shelving this is a truly minor short coming

Spoke to reception about quality of pillows, requesting a flatter pillow as i was staying multiple nights. Reception did not follow up, not even a phone call. Consequently, i ended up having two straight nights of poor sleep.
