Check in went very well even though I have arrived late. The room and bathroom were clean and comfort. Staff replied quickly when I needed support!! Thank you.

I found the room was very small. The shared bathroom was just Ok. There was lack of toilet paper, so guess used hand paper and made the bathroom untidy.

Centennial park was close by. The staff was friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. The hotel was located two blocks from relatives so it was ideal. Could walk to the shops. Convenient.

Nice Location and tidy, well equipped rooms. Bathrooms could be improved by more frequent cleaning/restocking but ok

Tidy room but such thin walls and it was too noisy. We could hear everything from outside. I read the review afterwards and many people complained about the same thing from years ago so obviously nothings is done about it. I should have checked the review before booking.

This place was perfect for me. I attended an event nearby and then enjoyed a very quiet, clean and comfortable stay. The bed was so lush. Highly recommend.
