早朝に到着したので チェックインの前に荷物だけ預けました スタッフの方の対応はとてもよかったです😃 トラムの乗り場は目の前、コンビニも近く便利です サザンクロス駅まで5分くらい　 フリンダース駅までも真っ直ぐ15分くらい お部屋も清潔でした 洗濯機が少し臭ったのだけが残念でしたが 全体的に満足しています😊 お部屋もリクエスト通りでした　 有難うございました！

素晴らしい眺めでした。広さも素晴らしい。エアコンと冷蔵庫の音がうるさいのが残念。

The view was surprisingly amazing - the lights at Southbank at night and along the Yarra River to the MCG in daylight. The room was clean and bigger than expected. It’s in the free transport zone so you can jump onto the passing trams but still an easy walk along Flinders Street to the city centre. Also walked to South Melbourne Market. A really good base for my 5 days in Melbourne. Also a short walk to Southern Cross station where there is a Woolworths

No issues at al

No sleep. The train noise was so loud that it was the most disrupted sleep I've had in a long time. The 'bedroom' is glass walled without a curtain, so bad luck if you had a partner with a different sleep schedule. The aircon is only in the main room, not the bedroom. If you want your room serviced, it's an extra $30 per service (noting that they will give you new towels for free). It was also grubby. A body cream with the seal broken was in the bathroom, there was dust all over the aircon and telephone, stains on the ironibg board cover, crack through the coffee pot. The staff were all very professional and the bed was comfortable.

Amazing value! Got a studio and it was really nicely furnished and very spacious for what I paid. It is a great location, with plenty of transport and good food options nearby. The only trade off is you can hear the commuting trains in the morning (rest of the night was fine). All hotels have trade offs, and for me this was pretty minor as I was up early anyway. Staff were also great. All in all, loved my stay and would be more than happy to book again.

Always a pleasure to stay at Canvas, the apartments are more homely than average hotel rooms, so much more roomy, good location and all amenities required.

Lovely spot. Great location. Tram right outside the door. Everything in walking distance. Secure. Few minor details - extractor fan and dishwasher didnt work, front bedroom door wouldnt stay closed. Apt needs updating. Mainly needs a fresh paint job and new blinds as current ones shabby and frayed.

It is close to the train which runs till midnight. So if you are easily affected by noises, don’t stay in the area.

The windows didn’t seal fully, and the elevated train track nearby makes the trains very loud. We definitely needed earplugs!

I like the staff members were friendly & professional. I liked the location but the trains were very noisy. The entrance needs to be made more secure as the first door opens automatically and there were a number of homeless people who were also asking for money and sitting next to the swipe for the second door. This doesn’t make you feel very safe or secure. Although the staff asked them to leave, different ones kept coming back night after night.

Stayed here for a conference happening in Melbourne. Easy to communicate with the property. I had read that rooms closer to the front/city view had some noise (trains/cars). Requested an apartment towards the back, as I wasn’t worried about views. Had no concerns about the noise. Suggest ‘back’ of building room or higher floor. Check in was easy - the lady who served myself and a colleague was lovely. Rooms were spacious and clean. Walls probably need a paint and some of the utensils/pans/pots probably need to be replaced. Full size fridge was a great option for those staying longer, plus the kitchen/cooking area. TV/sitting area was good/practical for the space. Bed was comfortable and plenty of hanging space if required. Couldn’t find a safe in the room? Might be worthwhile for longer stays, although the building seems to be very secure and unable to use the lift without a card. Only downside to the room was the heater/aircon. It wasn’t great - didn’t seem to heat the room that well. Suggest an upgrade to new wall heaters/coolers or split systems. Would make the rooms even more appealing. Utilised the gym, which had enough equipment - not filling decked out, but good for everyday use (wasn’t busy either). The view from the gym balcony was amazing (photo attached - sunrise). Overall, I enjoyed my stay here at Canvas and I would stay again. It was very reasonably priced and well situated in the city; walking distance from everything!

Good location

Room looked nothing like pictures, the pictures made the room very large with “two large double beds” which was two singles pushed together. Barely enough room space to walk around the bed in the main. Bathroom was tiny. Was very loud all night.

Friendly staff and is very well located to access the free tram area. Also room was modern, clean and comfortable.

Modern, clean and friendly staff. Unfortunately I was on level 3 where there was a fair amount of late night traffic and construction noise going on. I would certainly stay there again but perhaps on a higher level
