部屋の広さや立地が非常に良かった。部屋のwifi回線があまり高速で無く、また不安定だったことだけ少し残念ではあったが、全体的には満足です。

洗面台の排水口がつまって流れが悪く、キャップを開けてみたら髪の毛がたくさん詰まっていた、仕方なく掃除しましたが、そういう細かい掃除があちらこちらで出来ていないのが残念でした。トイレの排水溝からも匂いがするので、何か工夫されたら良いと思う。 レンタカーの事で聞きたい事があったので外出先よりフロントへ電話を掛けましたが、昼間なのに何度かけても誰も出ず、仕方なく戻ってみたらフロントには誰もいませんでした。何の為のフロントなんでしょううか？年配のフロント係りの人はこちらの清掃の要望が把握できないのか、何度も同じ事を聞くので嫌になった、次の日、別のフロントの人に同じように説明したら、全部話す前に理解し対応してくれました。

Check in was quick and simple, staff were incredibly nice. The pool was cleaned well and was crystal clear. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Definately worth the price!

The check in was made very difficult for a business booking. Everything has been arranged prior under the business partners name and paid, yet I was still asked for credit card details. Later on they claimed the credit card details do not match my name (not a surprise as its a business credit card). If I would have not checked my emails again, I do not know if I would have been able to do the late check in. The room was fine. The aircon a little loud and dripping and pressure in the shower was low. However the bed was comfortable and it was clean, for a short stay it is okay, if you can check in before 3 pm

Spotless room as it was a Sunday and reception wasn't open key's left in security safe all easy. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Brisbane

Clean room, good internet, but limited hours of reception staff.

The room was over priced, for what was offered. I had to park my vehicle away from the hotel at an additional expense, due to limited parking available onsite. When asking Reception where the nearest available parking would be available, the helpful advice I was offered was to look it up online. If you are turning your guest away from parking onsite, (now knowing the number of guest parking spaces on offer I would believe this is a frequent occurrence), you think Reception would have a list of nearby locations with pricing to assist your guests. The only positive about this hotel was the location. I can honestly say I won’t be staying there again.

We arrived after hours and had received for the code to the lockbox but when we tried the lockbox no keys came out. We then called the after hours number with no response for over an hour. What is the point of having an after hours number if it doesn't get answered?

Lovely and clean.

This place was horrible. A damp, mouldy smell throughout, rusty amenities, and a broken shower head that made it impossible to have a shower unless you physically took the nozzle off the wall and made it a hand held. I’ve stayed in backpackers hostels that were better maintained. However the worst part was the location. Yes, it may be close to the city, however it’s also right next to a train line. So you hear the squeezing train brakes late into the night and again early in the morning. I am shocked at the audacity of this hotel to charge what it does, so my suggestion to others is to STAY WELL CLEAR!

Shouldnt be able to advertise the place as an "apartment", when the bathroom doesn't even have an airtight door. Quite a noisy spot, take your earplugs with you
