Double room but only one chair,

The only thing stopping me from a 5 was the bed was pretty hard. We got a room upgrade to a newly refurbished room with a great view. Thank you to the wonderful girl on reception sorry didn't catch your name. Room was fantastic!! bathroom new and big. Would highly recommend @

On arrival we requested a river view room and were upgraded to one. It was spacious and provided microwave, crockery and cutlery as well as fridge, table and chairs so we could self cater breakfast. View was really interesting watching boats and ferries coming and going. Bed was comfortable, plenty of hot water in the shower .

This was great! Room had everything you could need and the staff were friendly and helpful. The Bistro food was delicious and very generous portion sizes. We will definitely stay there again when we head across to Tassie in the future! We were very impressed.

Close to shops, restaurants and easy access to the ferry.

I stayed in a motel room (25?) out the back. The room is clean, the bed excellent, the ensuite modernised. There was a kettle, microwave, cutlery, crockery and all complete and in good condition (e.g. very clean). My issues were only that the room is adjacent to the car park so the missing blade in the blind meant that half the room was visible to outside and that the plumbing from the adjacent unit made a hell of a noise in my room. The location is perfect for the Spirit, but of course the ship sirens are audible. Front desk service was excellent.

Always welcoming. Food and drinks available. Can get noisy. It’s central, good outlook and safe.

Fantastic hotel rooms. Fully refurbished in the last year. Beautifully modern, with a microwave, bar fridge, toaster & tea/coffee making facilities. Outside the room are tables & chairs where you can have meals, drinks etc with a view to the Mersey River. The bistro is also clean & modern with a great menu. The hotel is within walking distance to the centre of town & their is a walking path along the river across the road. We will definetly stay again if we are ever in Devonport.
