Nice room but very noisy . Adjacent hotel very loud until 3.00 am and no double glazing in room . Understand New Year’s Eve but paid $850 for the room and should be better soundproofed . Did not include car park at $40 extra

Das Hotel ist neu und verkauft sich als 4-Sterne-Hotel. Der Service entspricht dem eines Serviced Apartments. Das Zimmer wird nur alle 4 Tage gereinigt und dies erfährt man erst wenn man reklamiert dass das Zimmer nicht gemacht ist. Einige Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, andere sehr hochnäsig. Die Terrasse war schmutzig und es hatte Zigarettenkippen von den Vorgänger auf dem Boden. Alle Bilder sind Randerings und das Zimmer und die Einrichtung entsprechen nur teilweise der Realität.

Room was immaculately clean and well presented with a fabulous view of the ocean. The bathroom was somewhat less than private! We had a small problem getting the tv remote to work which took some time to resolve. The reception staff on our day of checkout (Saturday) were incredibly helpful.

Air Conditioning was very effective. Lots of dining options. Traffic was a bit chaotic.

This hotel was not really reday for eady for taking gu

We stayed here for a total of four nights. Unfortunately, the room was not what we had booked — we had requested twin bedding and had even emailed and called beforehand to confirm. When we arrived, the front desk acknowledged they had received the request, but the room did not reflect this. Management resolved the issue quickly, which we appreciated. However, the following night, although we were given the twin bedding as promised, the beds were extremely soft and uncomfortable. The next night we asked to have the beds converted back to a king, as the mattresses were far too soft, but were told housekeeping had already finished for the day and the request couldn’t be done. There was also no compensation or additional perks offered despite all surrounding roads being closed off, making car access inconvenient and the overall environment quite dull. The area was full of construction, noise, and lacked the relaxing seaside atmosphere we had expected. To make matters worse, the room had a noticeable sewage smell, which may have been related to the construction works outside or poor bathroom ventilation. Overall, this stay fell far short of what we were expecting from a seaside hotel experience

Not the hotels fault but there is a lot of roadwork going on around the hotel.

The room and facilities were excellent

Unfortunately when we checked in the room was not cleaned properly (floor was still dirty, benchtops were dusty) I went and asked reception if they would be able to vacuum the room for us, which they did.

Booked for our wedding anniversary. Paid top dollar for a superior ocean front so we could sit out on balcony. Waste of money, with all the roadworks from 7am to 5pm you could not sit out there for the noise of jack hammers and other machinery on constantly. I tried but ended up with a headache, they even worked on the Saturday morning at 7. What infuriated me was that no where on the booking site or communication from the venue did it state anything about the noise. We are pensioners so this was a treat gor us. Had I know when booking I would have chosen an alternative hotel on the beach. But that is why nothing is said, all they care about is money. I also sent an email stating my disappointment on Saturday morning while still at the venue (as desk not manned) and I still don’t have a reply. The room itself was lovely and the location ideal. My husband has mobility issues so it was a perfect location. Disgusted!

Great view, bed excellant. Room nice.

They have a coffee machine but also need to include a microwave and toaster. Location great, and right in the heart of square, which sometimes makes it a little noisy on weekends when Musicians play at the pubs nearby, but overall good
