Room wasn’t very clean, dead bugs all over the couch. Staff didn’t set the key properly, so we got locked out of carpark on the first night and couldn’t get to reception either because our key was wrong. No real apology. Issues with check out staff being rude aswell, on the phone and not helpful. Great location (but very noisy) and nice new building.

Have stayed here several times. Property still knew which is nice. Location great. Trade off is you can hear trams dinging, the odd drunk and council workers use blowers as early as 5.30am. Even so I like staying here as modern, comfortable beds and cable tv options good for a night in. Reception took ten minutes to acknowledge me standing in front of them, was awkward. I could see they were on a phone call but a nod or eye contact would be appreciated

New hotel in excellent location. Helpful, friendly staff. Spacious room. Roof top restaurant was excellent. Currently hard to find as the local city council has not allowed them to put up their sign on the building and there are no street numbers posted.

This hotel will be my first choice when I visit Adelaide in the future.

Overall a great place to say.

The room was clean and the location was excellent, which makes me inclined to return. However, the service at reception was disappointing. The staff member who checked us in seemed annoyed by our presence, which was unwelcoming after a long nine-hour family drive. The following day, we asked about the availability of beach towels but encountered the same lack of warmth. It was surprising that, given the hotel’s proximity to the beach, towels were not provided. When we politely asked if she could suggest where we might purchase one, she quickly dismissed us without showing any willingness to assist. As feedback, it would be beneficial for the staff to be familiar with the stores nearby that sell towels. This would enhance the customer experience, especially when the hotel does not offer certain amenities.

Room was very large and great bed , we stayed on the second floor with an ocean view , couldn't fault their service , will definitely stay there when we next get to Glenelg

Nice room but very noisy . Adjacent hotel very loud until 3.00 am and no double glazing in room . Understand New Year’s Eve but paid $850 for the room and should be better soundproofed . Did not include car park at $40 extra

Das Hotel ist neu und verkauft sich als 4-Sterne-Hotel. Der Service entspricht dem eines Serviced Apartments. Das Zimmer wird nur alle 4 Tage gereinigt und dies erfährt man erst wenn man reklamiert dass das Zimmer nicht gemacht ist. Einige Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, andere sehr hochnäsig. Die Terrasse war schmutzig und es hatte Zigarettenkippen von den Vorgänger auf dem Boden. Alle Bilder sind Randerings und das Zimmer und die Einrichtung entsprechen nur teilweise der Realität.

Room was immaculately clean and well presented with a fabulous view of the ocean. The bathroom was somewhat less than private! We had a small problem getting the tv remote to work which took some time to resolve. The reception staff on our day of checkout (Saturday) were incredibly helpful.

Air Conditioning was very effective. Lots of dining options. Traffic was a bit chaotic.
