The cabins at the back and front were quite noisy during the weekend until after midnight, but in total the hotel itself was very convenient, comfortable, and clean to stay. The receptionist was also very nice, she arranged for a TV repair man in an hour or so after we told her it’s not working.This was my second time staying here, but will come back.

グランドフロアにランドリールームと車庫、１F（日本で言う２階）がリビングダイニング、２Fが寝室とバスルームになっている戸建てタイプのビーチハウス。 入り口は非常に狭くて急な階段を登らなくてはならず20Kg前後のスーツケースを持って上がるのに一苦労。荷物が大きい場合、女性だけやお年寄りには厳しいと思う。 室内は広く家具もキッチンも機能的で掃除もきちんとされているのだが、キレイでなのはパッと見だけで窓枠やドアのパッキンゴムはボロボロで隙間だらけ、床や壁には訳のわからないシミがあり、食器類はどれも薄汚れている。 何よりもテンションが下がったのが連日の蚊、ゴキブリとの闘い。たった３日の滞在中、備え付けの殺虫剤でゴキブリ５匹を仕留めたが、キッチンだけでなくリビングのソファ、トイレ、ランドリールームなどあらゆるところから出現し発狂しそうになった。 この分では今流行りのトコジラミもいるに違いないと思い、一晩中寝室の照明をマックスでつけっぱなしにして寝た。幸いトコジラミの被害にはあっていないが、殺虫剤を撒きすぎて具合が悪くなりそうだった。 宿泊施設として最低限の害虫駆除と施設のメンテナンスくらいはやってほしい。 Wi-Fiは脆弱で不安定。 よかった点は、ヌーサヘッズのメイン通りであるヘイスティングストリートに面しており、ビーチまでも徒歩２分くらいの好立地とレセプションの女性がフレンドリーだったのと、ビーチで使用する椅子やボディボードなどがあったことくらい。 もう２度と泊まりたくない。

VERY VERY GOOD HOTEL.

Hastings Beach Houses were absolutely fantastic! We loved the location, so easy to get in and out of town & close to absolutely everything!

There are hundreds of ants crawling on the sofa bed. The lock was broken do we were locked in . It took 15 minutes for the unit manager to come which in fairness is probably not too bad but after the ants, then the broken lock , it really tipped over to the negative experience.

Excellent location and the apartment was so good! Reception team were amazing also. Definitely heading back there!

Don’t believe what you see on the photos.

The unit we stayed in had a very uncomfortable outdoor couch in the living area. The entire unit had broken Venetian blinds that would not open or close properly. The master bedroom had broken blinds letting in the morning sun from 5am and the en-suite window had no blind at all also letting in daylight into the bedroom as there was no door on the en-suite. A very narrow staircase leading up to the unit and first floor made it difficult to carry up heavy suitcase. Whilst the property needs an update, the cleanliness was fine.

We really liked the location of this property. It was a short walk to the beach and shops. The fact that the house was on 3 levels was a little bit of an effort but okay. It catered to our needs. We would stay again.

The property was clean , neat & looked after , some of the nails on the balcony needed to be hammered in otherwise very good.

Lovely property!

Centre of Noosa. Steep stairs. Not recommended for guests with mobility issues. No. 14 is a little noisy as it is close to Noosa Parade. We had an enjoyable stay.

This property is in a great location, but it was not as described, plumbing and aircon noisy, run down, broken crockery, unsafe stairs. It was advertised for rent even though it is to be pulled down in a few months, should never have been available. Do not recommend.

Lovely place to stay, very close to everything, and a super lovely helpfull lady on reception, can't wait to come back to Australia and visit again... see you soon
