My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Mindari Hotel, could not fault the hotel or staff, a fabulous location with plenty restaurants and bars.

We booked into this property as it looked good on the web site and seemed to be what we were looking for. When we arrived, we were told that the room we were allocated was given to another person and we had to Waite some time until we were able to access our apartment. The apartment was as described on the web site. We noticed some significant noise and asked to change to another room. The staff were helpful and obliging and we were given another room. What we did not realise is that all of the rooms were subject to objectional noise as the hotel was built over a brewery and many restaurants. We were unable to use the balcony during the day and suffered significant noise throughout our stay both during the day and particularly at night. The rooms were good but due to the noise I would not recommend that anyone stays at this hotel.

We have stayed at Mindaree hotel a few time everything has been excellent, clean tidy staff are lovely, there is parking, and the bars are great , there is a lovely Indian restaurant food is excellent.

Beautiful views, easy and free parking, a lot of property for the price, and surrounded by fabulous eateries and great walks. Couldnt help but have a lovely, relaxing weekend

The view from my room was great, and could watch the sunset. The room was massive and with a balcony overlooking the marina. When I booked the room in Expedia it was supposed to be room with a jet spa, 65” tv and free Netflix but no spa, 45”tv and you have to signup to Netflix to watch. I called reception to sort it out, receptionist said she’ll sort it out and call me back but never did. Not a huge deal, it was a nice stay.

Staff are always friendly. Spacious clean rooms with very good facilities. Sound proofing is good - even with a couple of the onsite venues providing music, our room was comfortable and the noise level did not intrude on our stay. Plenty of eating and drinking venues, within walking distance. Lots of car parking.

Very roomy and tidy, Right on top of eateries and Bars. The Union Kitchen just down the lift is a great place to start your day with a good breakfast and their staff are fantastic. Would defiantly stay again.

Rooms where soundproofed so carfe and bar noise from below was very minimal to our suprise. Rooms clean and spacious. Plates and cutlery could be useful in room maybe but have literally nothing to complain about. We loved our stay. Everything you need is right there. Bars cafes transport or just sit on the balcony and watch the world go by. Cherry on top housekeeping left an Easter egg on our pillows. Nice touch. Thanks for a great stay.

The room and the bathroom are both really large and well equipped. The hotel is so close to amenities in the Marina.

our door and window ( not the ocean side) to the outside could do with a seal under neath it as the noise from the pub near by was a little noisy. otherwise could not fault the facilities
