ザ・メディテラニアン・ポートダグラス

２ベッドルームに泊まったのですが、広くて掃除も行き届いていて快適です。 しかし、ソファだけがたまらなく臭いのです。かび臭いというか、座ってられないんです。 ケアンズのマントラトリロジーのソファも、汗や尿の匂いがして、とてもくさかったので、 オーストラリアのコンドミニアムはこんなものなのでしょうか？ 中心地からは遠いので、レンタカー利用でないとお勧めできません。

All good. Just a few items need a bit of attention in room

Very difficult check in. No one was at reception. No one would answer the phone. Also, not a fan of the gate. You HAVE to have a clicker just to LEAVE.

Accommodation was fine. I was unaware that there wasn't a lift and there was no wifi for a week. Very hard to get work done when there is no wifi. Communication on the wifi issue stopped after my second night, which is disappointing.

Wonderful room and decent sized pool for a proper swim. In this day and age they shouldn't be charging for WiFi though 😔

We had four adults staying in a room for 2 nights and at no point did we feel like there wasn't enough space. The rooms are well kept, staff were friendly and helpful and the area was nice and quiet. It is a little out of town which only becomes an issue if you need to rely on Port Douglas' lack of public transport. If you have your own transport than it's a pretty quick trip.

High quality apartment and facility

No wifi reached our room and car space was too difficult to get into so we parked on the street, otherwise it was perfect

Lovely pool area, water is slightly heated not cold which is great. Rooms a good size.

Very friendly managers & made us feel very welcome as a family. Helped us work out a suitable car parking spot even when we had four mountain bikes on the back of our car. Would recommend & stay here again.

Nice and relaxing

Excellent service great room! Very relaxed and family friendly

Being one of the original resort style set-ups its large and spacious although doesn't have the latest stuff. However, it's great value and is only let down by the air conditioning which struggled with the high humidity when we were there.

We did not get any communication from the property prior to arrival. When we arrived, the front desk was closed but an envelope with our keys and info was on the counter. The manager on site was very accommodating and quick to answer questions for us. The room was lovely, pool was nice.

Pool was at a good temperature and was well laid out. The property overall is very tired. The room was not cleaned the entire time we were there. There was no toilet paper, we had to ask for it and got given one roll for the week. The parking area has poles in the area all painted black and of course I hit one at night and I wasn't the first person to do it. With some overdue maintenance the place would be lovely.

Close to Port Douglas main area but in the busy road. Walls are like cardboard and you can hear the shower in the next room as well as the clunking ceiling fan. You can also hear the person above your room walking around. Room had one window facing a wall. I felt like I was in a box. Place is a bit tired but clean and presents well. But if you want a good sleep without being woken by other guests then don’t stay here.

The room was quite spacious, and clean. All the comforts of home.
