Issues - main power switch went off for oven and stove, leaking water through air exhaust in 2nd toilet, oven not hot enough to cook in. Other - milk in fridge expired August 2025, dust on top of tiles going up the walls in both bathrooms, black hair on main bathroom floor on arrival, bathroom and toilet exhausts very dirty, cutting knives blunt with no sharpener, back bbq takes a long time to heat up and not enough time to cook food on timer, sign on fridge about car parking needs updating and rude older receptionist on arrival. Location and pool was great.

Was nice to have an apartment. Room was clean. Staff and permanent residents were nice and happy to talk.

Great resort in the perfect location!

We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment for 10 nights. On review of photos and other reviews these apartments are all different and it seems a bit of luck what room you get. Our apartment overall was ok, but the furniture was tired, the beds sank in the middle, the bathrooms had mould in the drains and a horrible smell, every bedrooms window had gaps and a wind constantly blowing in. The cleaning in the apartment wasn’t great with dirt and dust through out. The property itself was great, the gardens and pool were fantastic as well as the gym and sauna. Communication from reception about baby cot and after hours check in was great so no faults there. Location is also really good in a nice quote area set back from the beach but walking distance to cafes, bars and restaurants.

This was a great place to stay for our family holiday. The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed in it. The area is lovely and being just off the Main Street made it really quiet, but also a really short walk to the beach. Perfect 👌

Was a good place to stay

Well maintained building and facilities. Very spacious clean unit with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Easy walk to restaurants and beach but away from the noise. Would happily stay again.

Great for families.

It is not a serviced apartment. The supplies like garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid etc is very minimal for 2 nights. You have to buy all the essentials like salt, pepper, cooking oil, washing powder etc which all adds up. Yhen had to keep washing oour towels, hand towels etc frequently for a long stay. The place had hair on the floor in bathrooms and bedrooms, mould in bedroom and bathroom and thick layers of dust on aircons. One of the toiletd didnt flush preoperly either. The outdoor bbq lights went off every 8 seconds so had to keep waving your hands in front of it whilst eating and cooking. The good part about the place was it was walking distance to restaurants and beach. The pool was also great for all ages.

Amazing place to bring the family. Facilities were great and the location was very central to beaches, restaurants and shopping. Happy to return here.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Mirage. Great communication from the Property Manager ahead of check in and throughout our stay. Apartment Twenty One was well equipped with plenty of mugs/glasses/crockery - perfect for our family of four adults and two children. The apartment was very clean as were the grounds. Each of the pools was spotless - all in all a very well maintained complex. All of the staff we met were very friendly too, we came away with the impression that this is a well cared for and managed resort. Beach is only a few minutes flat walk away so very handy for our small children. We'd definitely return if we're in the area again.

Nice but there's smell bad in the room

This is our 4th visit and we were not disappointed. A well managed and maintained property with great pools for the children and small length pool for adults. Good extra facilities; tennis court and gym. It is well located for beach and Cotton Tree beach offers calm water. The nearby French bakery was popular and the local area offers many food options and our favourite Indian restaurant. Always a relaxing stay.

Great location. Friendly/helpful staff. Only negative is that there is no ac in the bedrooms

Property is nice, large appartments for family of 6. We did however find small pieces of glass on the carpet and old food, which was disappointing. Overall a great stay. Kids loved the pool area and bowling next door made it easy for rainy days

Amazing accommodation... close to the beach able to walk everywhere... Family friendly, 3 pools, tennis court and close to a park and ten pin bowling... Would recommend
