Excellent service. Loved the Art Deco designs everywhere, especially in the suite, as well as the Showroom Bar.
The Terrace was a wonderful place to have breakfast too.
The cocktails at the Showroom Bar were original and delicious too!

I stayed in one of the premium suites and while the facilities themselves were absolutely beautiful, the experience was completely overshadowed by the staff’s inflexibility and attitude. For a hotel at this price point, you’d expect a level of warmth, professionalism and basic accommodation for guests simply wanting to enjoy their stay. Instead, every request felt like pulling teeth and there was zero effort to be welcoming or solutions-focused. It’s a real shame, because the property is stunning – but the staff could benefit from remembering that hospitality is meant to feel hospitable.

the only issue was parking ($70 extra ontop of accomodation with no street parking over 3 hours was a big ask), everything else was amazing! we would definetly stay again
