少し早めに到着したため，まだチェックインできなかったが，部屋の清掃を優先的に実施してくれ，少しの待ち時間で部屋に入ることができ，大変助かりました．

The location is the center of the city and convenient to go anywhere for sightseeing and business. All staffs are friendly and very kind.

No fuss, clean room, quick service, remembered my VIP perk without us having to chase. Would have liked on site parking.

Basic Hotel

I rang ahead of time to make sure I was still able to check in late and a lovely and friendly gentleman said I had until 10pm. However, the doors were locked by 9 and I had to seek alternative means to check in. There was also only two mugs and one glass left in a room booked for three people. There was not enough cutlery or plates either. Luckily there were enough towels. I am grateful for the key being left for me to get in via a lockbox but being provided with incorrect information and the hassle then around finding my booking due to being checked in before I arrived, followed by not even having enough glasses for the people in the room has left me wanting.

Couteous, nice view very clean

Beds were not properly made and sheets just put on top. The duvets were full of yellowish stains and blood stains? Told the front desk and people made the bed properly afterwards. However, the first impression was bad. Staff was helpful and in a good location though.

The price and location were very good. The staff were pleasant too. A good experience.

The location was so close to Canberra Centre with overnight subsidised parking available in the shopping centre for when we arrived during the day on Friday followed by easy weekend parking for free after 6 and all day Sunday. The room was super spacious, we had a king bed. All the amenities were wonderful and even given an ironing board and iron. Would definitely recommend. So local and accessible to everything, even dog friendly!

Everything was perfect, next to galleries and shops. Lovely clean room.

A good space and location for a short business trip. Well equiped studio and reliable wifi.

Clean room and great staff

Great location. Walkable distance to restaurants and shopping mall. I parked in the wrong lot but front desk still offered me free one day parking ticket, many thanks. Would recom to my friends when they visit Canberra.

Helpful staff, immaculate housekeeping, excellent location

No parking and that wasn't made clear at booking - very difficult with elderly mother coming with us.
