ロケーションはよかったのですが、

少し早めに到着したため，まだチェックインできなかったが，部屋の清掃を優先的に実施してくれ，少しの待ち時間で部屋に入ることができ，大変助かりました．

The location is the center of the city and convenient to go anywhere for sightseeing and business. All staffs are friendly and very kind.

Clean room and good AC

Good location, bus stops right outside. A short walk to restaurants and a mall. Room was a good size, and the bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

A hairdryer would have been appreciated

Very convenient for a staycation after a night at the theatre. We had a corner room so lots of windows and could just hear the early morning construction work out on the street which was unfortunate. But otherwise very well equipped.

It was unclear until we checked in that there wasn't a hotel restaurant but that it was a shared venue. At check-in we didn't receive any help with our luggage despite me being a solo mother with a young child. We repeatedly only received one face washer in the bathroom. I asked for an additional one on the second day but when the rooms were cleaned on the third day again we received only one face washer. No idea why!

The room was clean, and the bed and pillows were quite comfortable. However, the sink in the bathroom was the smallest we’ve ever encountered in any hotel, making it very inconvenient to use. During our stay, there was a fire alarm, and all guests had to quickly evacuate downstairs. What felt unusual, though, was the absence of any staff at reception or around the property during the emergency. Overall, we were satisfied with our one-night stay, but we’d likely choose somewhere else for a longer visit

Really only 3.5 stars, but good value, excellent location if you don't need parking. Great views from upper floors. Friendly, helpful staff. Well equipped, comfortable room except no easy chair or desk as such. Also lighting was too bright over bed and too dark for kitchenette. Onsite cafe was pretty basic.

The kitchen wasn’t very clean. Only one wine glass and one coffee mug A bit disappointing overall.

It was a bit difficult to find and with no parking we did have to walk a bit with our luggage. However the car park at Canberra Central as easily accessible and you could walk through the mall to the car park. Car park was cheap on weekend, just $3 overnight. Friday night I asked for car park voucher which was fine, however when we went to get the car in the morning the machine charged us $10 instead of the discounted price from the hotel of $13. Should have accepted that rather than think I might get more discount because the machine then charged me the $13 when I scanned the voucher. So definitely check the machine! The property itself was pleasant, not all lifts working so a bit slow going. Luckily it wasn’t too busy. When I booked I was to get a free bottle of wine on arrival. Nothing in the room and I did have to go and ask, and did get a small bottle of wine. The room was pleasant and had a single and double bed, kitchenette was good and it was bright and clean. Staff were very nice and easy to deal with

The check in was really good the reception staff were very helpful and the cleaners very efficient

Best place to stay near Canberra Central

One challenge was the property was lacking onsite parking. Lucky we were we had to park at the Wilson's parking during the weekend which was only $3 per day per entry.
