アーリーチェックイン、レイトチェックアウトをこころよく承知してくれました。清潔間があり、静かで落ち着いた一日をすごせました。レストランやスーパーも近く、トラムも目の前にあるため、市内への移動も楽でした。

Room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. TV had many apps and allowed streaming from your own device so entertainment wasn't an issue. Plenty of parking onsite and the laundry facilities are good. There's no onsite food options, although there's fast food a few hundred metres away. Housekeeping is hit and miss, might be okay for a short stay, but I was there for a month and frequently had to go to reception to ask for coffee refills, toilet paper, water etc. and room wasn't cleaned. The hotel can get busy and noisy on weekends. I stayed here for the location, and value for money is excellent. I would stay again if I needed somewhere.

The Sebel in Kew was perfectly located for our trip to Melbourne. The room itself was wonderful, and better than rooms I’d stayed in elsewhere for a higher price - great value.

Provide slippers would be great

Parking is on site at a cost. Food within walking distance. Close to St Vincent’s hospital Kew which is what we required, only a few minutes drive.

Everything was excellent, except for a feature consistent in the 3 Accor brand hotels I've used this year: the shower floor is floored with very smooth tiles, and there is no grab rail provided inside the shower. Showering with soap, shampoo and hair conditioner creates such a falling hazard that I'm surprised Accord's insurance company hasn't flagged the issue.

Stayed in2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. After showering in over bath shower the water retained in the bath making conditions very slippery to get out and the water remained in the bath for a few hours very slowly draining away. I considered this somewhat dangerous to use because of the slippery bath. The second bathroom hand basin did not have a plug and again the water was not draining. A request for a change of room was ignored. I do not believe there was no option to change. Looking online at various options there were available rooms that would have been suitable. Overall not happy for the price of over $800 for 2 nights accomodation. Will not consider staying there again. 3 stars..

Nice place to stay, lovely location. Nice and close to Hawthorn where my event was.

Helpful staff. Gym is pretty good as far as hotel gyms go.

Convenient and comfortable

Property was close to the tram line, which made travelling into the Melbourne CBD a breeze. Local shops and restaurants for great dinner options, Property was undergoing upgrades but we did not notice anything, no noise, heaps of parking. Check in was simple and staff were friendly and knowledgeable of the surrounding area. Beds were large and very comfortable. lounge seating was comfortable and had pod coffee making facilities. We would book this motel again if we ever have the need to return to Melbourne.

punches above it's weight for what we paid. second time staying here, happy both times. only minor issue is the design of shower allowing water to leak onto the bathroom floor. i understand it's an issue in multiple rooms. staff were good about it and mentioned their maintenance guy was looking into it, so hopefully fixed by the time you stay there

Room was clean and tidy just the bathroom sink was cracked apart from that was a great stay .safe parking for $20 per night
