One bedroom unit was comfortable with all amenities including a full sized fridge, stove top, oven, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Modern bathroom with large sized shampoos, conditioner etc. Great view from the 11th floor. Staff friendly and helpful.

Staff friendly and helpful, location great and room and amenities very clean. Could maybe do with a few more towel hooks or shelves in bathroom.

Although the location and convenience of having laundry facilities and a full kitchen are in its favour, the general disrepair of the property and appalling dirtiness of the room we stayed in mean we will never return to this location.

Really great price for the 2 bedroom apartment and amazing views of the city and water. Would definitely come back.

They upgraded me to a suite with a sweeping balcony absolutely lovely.

Great place to stay, friendly staff,easy to locate

If you need assistance afterhours do not stay here. It's very noisy, air conditioning does not work often and spa and amenities not functional when I stayed. Super annoying.

Accom was clean and tidy, great parking options, Supermarket with walking distance.

We stayed as a family of 3 during the 2025 F1 Grand Prix. The location was excellent; easy to navigate to via motorways & major arterial roads and trams/trains were very close offering plenty of options. The 2-bedroom apartment was clean & modern. There is a gym, spa and sauna in the complex which guests are able to use. Undercover & secure parking was available for $20/day. Sebel staff were courteous & efficient.

Terrible service and communication - no way of connecting to reception or call backs at all.

Check in was ok, the guy sounded like he was simply giving his automated spiel and really didn’t seem to care too much. Room was clean and suited our needs. Windows were horribly dirty which meant you couldn’t really see out at all, possibly not cleaned in a very long time.

Affordable apartment style accommodation close to transport links to Melbourne CBD. Good food places in walking distance of complex.

For what you pay it was really good value. There is no room service or room cleaning however its in a very good location, onsite parking and great kitchenette facilities. My only real issue was the matress was tired and the blinds didnt blackout. I would come back.

I stayed overnight at The Sebel Melbourne Malvern to attend a midnight Christmas church service. As expected, the property is within walking distance. The property is quiet and clean, and its proximity to Coles makes it an ideal choice for those wishing to cook and dine in during their stay
