メルボルン市内観光には最適なロケーションに位置し、徒歩圏内にレストランや名所がある。 無料のトラムも縦横に走っており、トラムを使えば市内の主な観光地は全て10分圏内で移動が可能。 これ以上無く便利な場所にあるが、周囲にはパブが多く深夜まで騒音が耐えない。 アメニティーに耳栓があるが、しっかりと窓を閉めれば騒音は気にならない。 尚、此処はホテルでは無くてアパート。 建物へ入るカードや部屋の鍵は秘密の場所に隠されている。 到着したら、先ず予約したオフィスに電話をする。 すると、次々と指示が出されるが、その指示の先には秘密の箱が… そして、告げられた暗証番号のダイヤルを回して箱を開けると、ようやく鍵が見つかって入る事ができる。 尚、自分の英語力が低くオーストラリア訛の英語のヒヤリングが難しく、ほとんど英語のテストをされているようだ。 あとで知ったが、探偵ゲームはメールアドレスにも送信されるので、スマホのメールで見れるようにしておけば、電話でのやりとりは必要ない。今回は、スマホに登録してないアドレスで予約したので、事前に探偵ゲームの内容がスマホに送られなかっただけ。 部屋は広く非常に快適。 キッチンも広く調味料や皿、グラスも充分に揃っている。 徒歩+トラムで数ブロック先のビクトリアマーケットで、新鮮なオイスターやホタテ、アワビや海老に白ワイン等買い込み、リビングで海鮮パーティーをした。 南極海に面したメルボルンだけに、海鮮はどれも日本より安価で美味しかった。 レストランの食事代が高いメルボルンでは、自炊ができるのは本当にありがたい。 尚、アパートはGraffiti　Art の地区にあり、夜になると街娼も立つ為、治安的に問題があるように見えるが、非常に安全。 因みに、アパートが入居しているビルのエレベーターにも夜になると中国系の美人の娼婦が立っていた。 とはいえ、ここはメルボルン。 日本の歓楽街よりははるかに治安も良く、女子旅や家族連れでの利用も全く問題は無い。

Was supposed to have private spa ,none Was supposed to have washing machine and dryer ,none Rooms were nice but beds uncomfortable. Bad location as well. Too much noise.

Girls Trip staycation . Great location and suited our needs . Close to major shopping and plenty of places to eat .

차이나타운 내에 위치하여 어느 곳이든 가기 편했습니다. 아파트 시설이라 웬만한게 다 갖춰져있어 좋았어요. 모든 방에 창이 있어 채광 좋았던게 제일 만족스럽습니다. 저녁에 옆 건물에서 오는 소음이 아주 조금 있긴 하지만, 자는 걸 방해할 정도는 아니었어요. 매니저가 체크인 전, 체크아웃 후에 짐 맡기는 걸 잘 도와주었습니다.

The room was nice had it not been next to a night club that kept us awake until 4am every night. The halls and elevator smelt strongly of cigarettes. Furthermore, the manager was very intimidating and at the end of our stay we had misplaced one of our access cards and he got mad and made us transfer him $100!!!! He also made a comment asking why we washed our bed sheets (my friend and I fake tanned) which made us feel like we were being watched. Will definitely not be staying at The Town Apartments again.

Great value apartment accommodation right in the heart of Melbourne. Far from luxurious but solid, honest & clean property and the beds are super comfy. Main concern is that it is very noisy outside with an outside music venue only a few doors up playing VERY load until midnight. Car parking is only a 50m walk from the apartment

Perfect location for everything extremely clean . Mollie was very helpful couldnt fault any of the above. I wouldnt stay again due to the unbelievable noise coming from the alley way there is a night club that goes to 3am then the garbage trucks start up at 3.30am , one set of ear plugs were provided for 1 night even though we stayed 2 this did very little to block out the noise. The curtains and blinds didnt block out any light either. Lucky to grab a couple hours sleep per night .

Great apartment, at a great price, and perfect location

A perfectly located loft style apartment; perfect for travellers who want a bit of space but somewhere centrally located. There is no reception so we needed to email the property the day before to tell them our arrival time. The apartment was clean and had lovely views of China town and the Melbourne skyline. Became worried when earplugs were thoughtfully supplied; turns out the bar down the alley can get a bit noisy, but the noise during the week was over not long after 11pm. My friend and I frequented the bar during our stay anyway. Would definitely stay here again mid week but might look else where over the weekend. Perfect for a midweek getaway for a couple of night.

Very clean, easy communication and meeting Molly for key pickup/payment etc. handy to trams and food outlets. Two excellent bedrooms (beds had beautiful linen and very comfy), but living area a little small although all amenities were provided. Would stay there again. Only downside was noisy nightlife!

This was the perfect place to stay for a night out in the city, clean cute and everything yoh need

Right in the hustle bustle of Melbourne. Great place to be central to everything. Very clean and loved our stay. When next in Melbourne we will be back.
