We were a little nervous about the automated check in because we were arriving after hours, but anything we struggled with was sorted out by a quick call to the phone number on the door. We were only there for a night for my kids to fly out early the next morning. When the managers heard that we were a family, but we somehow ended up on separate floors, they quickly organised a 2 bedroom so that we could spend our last night together in one apartment. It made all the difference thank you xxx They also recommended places to eat which was less than a 10 min walk, and we were able to take some lovely family photos at the Instagram friendly burger bar. Great location if you are flying out of Brisbane early the next morning.

Absolutely brilliant! A last minute booking and Ruth and Steve were so hospitable and helpful, and the apartment was perfect and private. PERFECT for a short or long stay.

Automated check in with no person there to handle even minor difficulties. No service except text messaging or phone call if any one answers. good luck. Room was very noisy from street noise.

We enjoyed our stay but a few issues we encountered
* very little supplies in the way of toilet paper, chux and garbage bags no tea towels for a 3 night stay
*very unfortunate that we had to pay for parking
*otherwise the room was lovely and close to shops restaurants and attractions

All in all was great place to stay. Enjoyed our stay while in Brisbane. Close to the city.
Just some little things like pillars and bigger pot for cooking otherwise enjoyed staying will come back

Nice modern & clean apartment although one of the kids had to sleep on a sofa as there were not enough beds for 7 as booked. I'm still haven't received my bond back a week later even though they sent me a receipt. I may have to initiate a transaction dispute which has soured what was otherwise a nice stay . There is a bit of noise coming from the traffic on Lutwyche Road . The access to the lift & rooms was all electronic codes that were texted to us it worked well but the lift did take off without us when loading luggage into it. I will update my review when I receive my bond .

I liked the closeness to the RBWH as that was the reason for our stay.It was also quiet and peaceful. As for our check in it was a little confusing as we were not use to checking in this way otherwise it was easy. Thank you for a pleasant experience

No staff at check in, I enquired about a late check in, got no reply. There were cleaning products left in our room and no towels. Had to use face washer as a towel. Rubbish under bed and blood drops on bed linen. Very disappointing for $300
