Guests must transfer to the property via boat and must arrange the transfers by contacting the property before travel, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. The front desk is open during the following times:

• Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Saturday - Sunday: 9:00 AM - noon

If you are planning to arrive after 5:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions and lockbox information. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. Inter-Island transfers are required to reach the property, located on Thursday Island. From Horn Island Airport, guests must take a connecting bus to Horn Island Jetty where they will picked up and taken by ferry to Thursday Island. Guests are required to pay the transfer fees for inter-Island transportation. On Thursday Island, guests can catch a taxi to the property.
