spaceous and clean room Not used to a high traffic city

It had everything I needed and was close to the PA Hospital where my son needed to go. There was also a supermarket across the road which was beneficial for food supplies as well as lots of take away restaurants.

Very clean apartment , SUPER friendly and helpful staff !

Friendly staff, rooms were very well appointed, good size bathroom and kitchenette.

I liked the privacy we were given! And the beds were very comfortable to crawl into at the end of the day!

Stated car parking was available. Incorrect. Only Limited Car Parking available. Had to park on street. Not good enough. Would have stayed elsewhere had I known.

I have chosen the property because of the access to the UQ Lakes campus. It turned out to be rather an illusion (just on the map, the real way being complicated by a couple of busy crossings and by the hilly terrain. The place itself was a rather unfriendly looking place, the room dark and sort of "hostile" (to spend one week, which was my case). I would say that the cost/performance ratio was on the improper side. As there are many similar establishments around (mostly catering to the families of the patients of the Princess Alberta Hospital nearby) or next to bus stations connected to UQ Lakes, I feel there are better choices. The landlady was nevertheless friendly and - as far as possible - helpful, and the place, with the exception of one cockroach exuvium I have found on the floor, acceptable.

Older style facility but comfortable. Would have liked an extra blanket. Some other residents were very noisy. All said it was nice and close the the PA hospital and a great array of shops. Staff were very obliging. Onsite parking free and excellent.

Clean basic accommodation. Close to shps and convenient access to main highways. Extremely frienfly helpful staff.

Convenient location with plenty of food and general shopping quite handy. The building is somewhat tired. Serves its purpose nicely.

Basic but nice room with kitchenette. Outdoor but secured car park. Very friendly staff. Very convenient location. Few minutes walk to P A Hospital. Shopping centre with Woolworths, take away foods etc just across the street.

Room smelt, info in info folder was very dated, needs a lot of attention. Location great but $110 per nite - not worth it.

If you need to be at the hospital then come stay here great place great dining areas.

The staff were friendly and the room clean. However the units are old and need a refurb. It was not bad, but for the money, there was probably better value around, though limited due to the Ashes cricket.

Met all my needs for the short time I was there. I have no further comments to make.

Hotel was fine for my needs. Good location close to shops and hospital.

Dirty mouldy small noisy neighbors hear through wall..
