We loved the location and the area

The place is nice and quiet and relaxing. The room was quite comfortable. Needs to be more attention to detail with the cleaning side of things but over all good place

office was hard to find

The staff were extremely accommodating.

The fact that very clean nice beds host was wonderful very acomadting as my incoming time was vering nice good showers srounded by nature trees

There is nothing not like but some vending machines would be nice

It was a very pleasant stay. Easy contactless check in and out. Unit is abit outdated for price but the win for me was how spacious the unit is and that it had a patio looking out to big tall trees and shrubs, also unit/s spread out - I didn't mind the passing traffic noise. Could use more curtains for privacy though. Close to town, Lovely shower, comfortable bed/s and also has a washing machine. I'm happy about our stay at the Travellers rest motel and will be back the next time we're up those ways 😊

Could not find our way around the complex at night. No lights and terrible instructions. Possible asbestos at the site

Quiet location

Very quiet and peaceful

Beautiful scenery and full kitchen for cooking. Great place to stay. Just had no plug for the bathtub but my children didn’t mind. They enjoyed themselves

Stayed at the property for one night while walking the Railway Reserve Heritage trail. Motel is conveniently located about 100m from where the trail crosses Great Eastern Highway between Sawyer’s Valley and Mundaring. Basic motel facilities but clean, comfortable and convenient which was all I needed for the night and was at the right price point.

Quite bush area.

Nice quiet bush setting in a block of units. Bedroom area, bench with kettle, toaster and microwave. No kitchen sink, couldn't fill kettle with water as It didn't fit under tap in bathroom. No shampoo, conditioner or shower gel etc, so bring all your toiletries, there is toilet paper at least. Tea, coffee and milk provided, good, quiet air-conditioning, comfy bed with plenty of pillows and blankets. Table and chairs inside and out. A pleasant stay just a bit noisy as right next to Great Eastern Highway.

It was just lovely very relaxing

Can not recommend The Travelers Rest Motel enough. Room was clean, cozy and had everything you'd need for a temporary stay. The owner was warm and welcoming and the price is very fair. Do yourself a favour and stay at this motel if you're around Mundaring. Will definitely be back. 5/5 stars from me!
