I had a lovely stay. My baby grandsons visited me and the playground - they had a lovely time.

The kids always love staying here

Got to the park at 5:15pm, only to find the office closed. Fortunately there was someone still there and came out when i kmocked at the window. Informed me a text was sent (which i didnt receive till the next day) with instructions on where the keys were. Got to cabin which wasnt locked, walls were dirty and scuffy, cutins werent much better. Cabin was damp and cold. Bathroom was like something from the 80s. Fortunately we were away the whole next day and didnt get back till late and was wrecked so sleeping wasnt a problem, but was awake early as the room was cold. Would i return.. No!

A little expensive but good.

Great for families! Loved the Gin tasting 😁 was an extra bonus!

The staff were extremely helpful from the very beginning of our stay. The accommodation was clean and spacious and suited our needs perfectly.

Perfect for a family holiday

Jumping pillow not inflated, children’s playground not suitable for under 4 years. Water park area not suitable for little ones either, toddlers would get knocked over by tipping bucket. Disappointing area when coming with young children.

It is a great holiday park - with all you need for the family. The only downside for us was that the jumping/inflatable pillow was out of order/damaged and given we were there at the start of winter and it was too cold for the kids to enjoy the water park, they were quite disappointed that they couldnt go on the inflatable.

The park was quiet at night. Great amenities, so much for the kids to do. It was a very busy time and check in was delayed. Staff were obviously stressed and run off their feet on all occasions that we interacted with them. This meant they were not overly friendly. The cabin had lolly wrappers under the bed, which made me wonder how well it was cleaned.

Water park, pool, bouncing play area, etc. great for kids.

The condition of the cabin was awful . Soiled toilet seat, shower didn’t work properly and heating was non existent, couldn’t turn it on. Overpriced accommodation for $200 a night. Went away feeling disappointed

We chose this site as it is very close to the in-laws. The cabin was big enough for the three of us but could do with some brightening up. It was all a little bit tired. Unfortunately the fridge smelt awful, on further investigation, we assumed a previous holiday maker had spilled milk. We took everything out and scrubbed it and it was fine after that. Pool would have been lovely, we ventured in once but it was too cold for us. Just the wrong time of year. Overall, the site was quiet and looked after. The groundsman seemed to be travelling around the park every day, picking up rubbish, fallen leaves etc. Really nice. It was an ideal location for Victor Harbor and for getting out onto the main road to travel up to Adelaide.

Water slides attracted the kids most, and boom gate system with a unique last 6 digit mobile number is one of the best option to trace ins and outs. its an additional safety feature to the park. We love it as a family.

Disappointed that the photos taken of the property look so good, but it didn't look like it when we saw the cabin. The photos need to be updated on the website; the cabin was quite rundown unfortunately. Paint peeling on door frames, a lot of marks on the walls, shower really needed regrouting and floor to be painted again. Bedding, sheets and towels were great. Don't get me wrong, we love this caravan park, we have stayed there before and have never complained about the facilities. In future i will be booking the Murray cabin as we really enjoyed our stay in those cabins. Friendly service, excellent facilities, great parking spots and plenty of things for the kids to do. we will stay here again! Just not in the Rosetta cabins
