少し壁は薄いので隣や前の声が目立つ。しかし安い割に設備が良い部屋だった。共同風呂はやはり少し汚め。だが許容範囲だった。

Its always well kept and great staff and plenty of parking

Check in was easy and a security deposit taken. The room was clean and the bed a little on the soft side. The refrigerator and the television both worked. The room was up the steps and my room was close to the bathroom. There was parking at the rear of the hotel. It was not secure. The key had to be returned to the front of the hotel and then I had to walk around to the back to go. There also needs to be a key box at the rear.

As a World Traveler I Stay at Hundred of Hotels: STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOR MONEY!! THE WORSE $100Night I EVER SPENT! NO SHOPS CLOSE (Terrible Location!) 2 Restaurantes Mcds n Burritos only. No Phones in rooms. Front Desk DIDNT KNO HOW TO GET TV WORKING! 2nd Day Room smelled Kat Piss (accused of causing). 3rd day mini fridge stopped working (accused of breaking!) Front desk had NO EXTRA FRIDGES AVAIL NOR WANTED TO FIX! Breakfast was Continental and the crescants were STALE N HARD! No clean metal forks! TERRIBLE NIGHTMARE OF A HOTEL! Kirketon Downtown Sydney ALL 3 FRONT DESK PEOPLE GREAT! Gave maps told me BEST ATTRACTIONS (I even TIPPED$$$)

Plenty of parking easy access easygoing stop very helpful good amenities clean rooms soft pillows and soft beds overall yes I would recommend staying at the Villawood every time I stay every week for work

Love the service love the hospitality love the comfortable bed and the comfortable pillow showers are good sometimes your neighbors are a little bit noisy but other than that there's no other place I'd rather stay on a weekly basis thanks for asking

The staff were really friendly and easy going I would definitely stay there again but in one of the rooms with its own bathroom, room was clean upon arrival, my only suggestion to the hotel is to have a communal vacuum for people who have multiple day stays as I had my 4 year old and it drove me insane to not be able clean up efficiently after him.

Dear Expedia booking team I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at Viilawood Hotel at Christmas Time. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory due to several serious issues: - The room was not clean upon arrival - I found a cockroach in the room, which is completely unacceptable - There were visible stains on various tools and surfaces - Rubbish was not collected during the stay - I noticed insects coming from the sink area - There was *poor communication prior to check-in, making the process stressful - In addition to the smell of Drugs in the whole area! These conditions made my stay extremely uncomfortable, and I was unable to sleep peacefully or enjoy the accommodation as expected. Due to the unsanitary and unprofessional conditions, I am requesting a full refund for the booking. I believe this is a reasonable request based on the experience provided. Significant maintenance required. Ongoing faults never fixed since last visits months ago

Parts of the floor didn't seem to have been cleaned properly in a while. Ceilings in the room - particularly the bathroom - needed work. Air con was a little beaten up, but was effective when the weather was 40deg outside. No tissues in the room, which was weird. Toilet paper super low quality and practically disintegrated when used. Toilet didn't flush properly - needed two flushes to get the toilet paper down. Shower was super hard to get at a reasonable temperature - either super hot or icy cold. Bed was comfortable, and access was easy. TV didn't work - didn't pick up channels or Netflix. Stayed for five nights and room wasn't cleaned once which was pretty poor. But my car was safe and I slept well.
