とても良かったです！

ホテルは綺麗だし、フロントの人、レストランの人も明るくフレンドリーでとてもよかった。 残念だったのは２つ。 １、部屋にコンディショナーがなく、お願いしても５時間以上かかった。Ｓａｆｔｙ　Ｂｏｘが故障。 ２、宿泊のインボイスを要望したが、フロントの回答はＨｏｔｅｌｓ．ｃｏｍで発行する。しかし現地支払いはホテルで発行してもらう必要がある。ホテルのＨＰからＣｈａｔ　Ｂｏｔで問い合わせしても、インボイス請求できない。無能なＣｈａｔ　Ｂｏｔに残念でした。

I messaged the hotel to say that my son will arrive first for the first night and that they should get in touch if it was a problem. No response - but then they made my son pay to check in. He got woken up in the middle of the night because the electricity was malfunctioning and then they put everyone into a different hotel. Guess what. Not recommended at all.

Right on the Brisbane River, our room had a beautiful view. It’s an easy walk from Roma Street Station and into the inner city and Queen Street Mall for shopping and dining. It’s also an easy walk over to Southbank. The staff were great and accommodated us for an early check in so we could get to a wedding on time, which was the reason for our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Really comfortable beds clean great location. Currently at a different hotel this visit and regretting not booking this place instead!

The staff were very helpful for our whole stay. The room service and breakfast were excellent. It was a short walk to Brisbane City center.

Gentleman who checked us in (and out) was very personable, and the gals in restaurant were very helpful!

What a lovely property with lovely staff. Close to everything. Walk to water taxi or casino and local restaurants. We will be back.

The hotel is dingy, hallways are dark and rooms are small. It was not what I expected. The location is close to the downtown area but is not walking friendly.

Prime position; comfortable beds; clean; room smaller than initially thought but had everything you needed and only slept there. Staff were great.

I loved my stay here. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful - nothing was a problem. The parking downstairs was easy. The room was clean and spacious, and the amenities were great. Room service menu was available, and the food was excellent. Everything was absolutely worth the price.

I liked the location, the pool, restaurant and lobby. The parking was the only thing to improve.

The venue was in a great location to everything that we needed - train lines, shopping, bus stop at Ann St. Perfect stay if going to concerts etc. The room was lovely, beds were perfect and soft and the staff were lovely. Only issue was the parking, the parking near the venue was super squashy and near impossible to park in. We then had the option to park in Tank st, and there were plenty of parks there however it was a big walk with luggage. There were also no parks near reception to drop luggage off initially so there was conjestion during check in and check out times.
