清潔で特に不便はなかったが、 エコに気を使ったホテルというコンセプトなので、スリッパなく、念のために持って行ってよかった。 昼まで部屋でゆっくりした日はシーツの取り替えがなかった。掃除も日本のように念入りではないが、許容範囲。

We are so satisfied voco hotel. So clean, cute design, friendly and polite staff. When we visit Melbourne, we will stay again voco hotel definitely.

立地もよく、ホテルの中もきれいで快適に過ごせました。 入り口が少しわかりにくい（大通りではなく、路地を入ったところ）ですが、最初だけですね。 エレベーターの使い勝手があまり良くないです（フロアを選んだあとにもう一度カードをかざし、またフロアを選ばないといけない）

Rooms needed a deep clean. Dust build up and bathroom/shower needed good clean.

Stylish hotel in the heart of melbourne

Very nice hotel in Melbourne. Great service from staff who were all so friendly and efficient. The room was comfortable with very nice beds in. The city view was quite amazing. The hotel is close to transport and the 'free round the CBD' tram (number 35) is within about a 20 minute walk away. Free cooled water was freely available from near the reception area. The breakfast, buffet style, was very well laid out and had an excellent selection of foods.

Central beliggenhed, morgenmadsbuffet lidt skrabet, der blev ikke fyldt op. Et plus man kunne hente gratis drikkevand.

Arriving at the hotel from the airport was easy by taxi and Allessia made our check-in quick and very informative. Allessia was also on hand most days to let us know about what was going on in the city that day and made some great recommendations. The room was comfortable and the ac was simple to use. I'd highly recommend the hotel.

We spend a significant amount of time researching and choosing hotels to ensure they tick a number of boxes when we travel - located in key areas and on a main street (in this case a shopping precinct), modern, highly rated, clean, appropriately priced etc. and we were very happy with this choice. Fantastic room, hotel, staff and location. A cleaner shower would have been appreciated. However, we would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Noisy neighbor that kept me up two nights in a row so can’t give any more than 3 stars. Also breakfast was quite average, and pool was more like a small plunge pool and entry to the pool was through the restaurant which was strange. Service was good and staff friendly

Overall staff were excellent, made sure we felt welcome and in general room was awesome minus a couple of fussy details. No microwave which is minuet I know, no coffee sachets, only pods that would not work in machine provided. Night 2 noticed a blood stain on quilt. Other than that mostly satisfied with Voco

todo fue increible, desde Sam y Alessia en la recepcion del check in, nos dieron el cuarto antes, estaba perfecto el hotel, minimalista, parecia nuevo, la regadera muy buena, la cama grande, todo de alta tecnologia, un hotel que sin duda regresaré. perfectamente bien ubicado
