レビューを見て１の人と５の人でかなり差があり不安でしたが、とても快適なステイでした。部屋の清潔さも問題ありませんでしたし、騒音もありませんでした。ベットも快適でした。ただ、他のレビューにもあるように朝食は箱の中に入っています。自分たちの部屋の机の上の朝食ボックスが置いてあり、シリアル、ミルク、フルーツ、ビスケット、フルーツジュースが入っています。どれも問題なく食べれます。

The time I stayed, the day manager ( sorry forget her name) bar staff were all "O" 4 awesome, helpful, engaging, and most importantly took time out to ensure you were welcomed.... The bistro "O" 4 awesome, beautifully selection of food on the menu and service very helpful to ensure you are happy and content with your meal.... The rooms are basic and I was happy with the my room, a room to lay my head as I was in Wallacia on a golf tournament "2025 Cook Islands Golf Masters" BUT Overal "O"4 awesome 👌

The staff were very pleasant. The room didnt smell, the sheets were clean, and the cost was affordable. There’s a sizeable beer garden/bistro out the back, which seems a resent-ish addition, this is where the main entrance is.. out the back. You CANNOT enter via the front of the building. There is no reception desk, you will need to ask bar staff to help you check in. The room is showing signs of needing renovation once again. There is a window in the Shower (which is a bit weird for starters) and the wooden window frame has swollen to the extent that it is pulling away from its surrounds. Elsewhere there is peeling paint on the walls, substantial scuff marks on all the furniture. ..but as I said, it’s cheap, doesn’t smell bad, and the sheets were clean.

Parking was just an open carpark. The rooms very very dirty. Eztremely old. Carpets disgusting everywhere. Water leaking from shower out to carpet. Rotten timbers everwhere around door. Smelt.

We stayed for one night. The staff were very friendly. One of the rooms had a non-working AC, making it quite warm. The food, however, was excellent.

Dirty room. No clean towels for the 2 days stay. Linen not changed

Aircon and lift was not working. Lack of ventilation

This is an old establishment and could do with an update, but the room was comfortable and staff were very friendly.

Staff members were very welcoming and helpful with any questions. Parking was easy. Beds were super comfortable. Bistro had great options, quick service and nice eating facilities.

The bed and linen was clean and comfortable. I had a small window which needed to be opened for fresh air. Faily old fridge with missing parts.im not sure why there were two cereal boxes provided and no milk to have them with.

This property has such potential but has been left in a state of disrepair. The place smells of damp and the rooms desperately need a deep clean and a facelift. The carpets are tired stained and dirty everywhere and need to be replaced. Its hard to not feel like the owners have given up or there is just not enough money for upkeep.

Not avalible Wifi, Unkindness of staff.

We loved the character of the building. The staff were down to earth and friendly (bar area). The bed was comfy! the carpet is beyond its used by date. Its gross. The exterior door to the balcony has huge gaps and allows the road noise and cold to come in. The noise from the neighbouring room was not good. The owners have a BIG cleanup job for the building, the wet plaster in the ceiling showed that work is been done. Hope it doesnt get torn down, but probably be the cheaper option.

Didn't like having to haul luggage upstairs. At 85yrs this was a struggle. Lift not working & establishment couldn't afford to replace it. Extra blanket in cupboard was rotten & falling to bits. Liked complimentary breakfast. Bathroom was nice & roomy & modernised.
