The room was in good condition. Amenities could have been better.

Very noisy. You can hear the tenants clearly. I was not able to sleep. The doors slams loud to to degree to wake up anyone in that hotel.

the room was spotless, more accommodating than I expected. The staff went above and beyond to help me.

The room was good for the price. The staffs were nice and helpful. Only complain I have is that some people were knocking on someone's door in the passage and making noise in the middle of the night around 2 AM for more than an hour. I could hear it in my room but I did not go outside my room to check because it was 2 AM. Overall, the place was good. Easy check-in and check-out and the staff in the bar was nice and helpful.

The check-in experience was great, the staff were lovely and courteous. However, there was not an inch of hot water in the bathrooms. We had an ensuite and I ran the hot water for 10 mins without any heat whatsoever. My daughter then went and checked the main bathroom and the same, ran the water for 10 mins and no heat whatsoever. A cold wash does not make for a good experience.

Check-in: The receptionist was very unprofessional and even forgot to return my bank card and ID to me after the process was completed. I had to ask for it before she suddenly realised her fault. Room conditions: There was no hot water running through the shower in the private bathroom inside my booked room. In addition, a cockroach was having a good time in the private bathroom before I sentenced it to death. Customer service: I called the hotel, was told to check the shared bathrooms and found the same situation with both male and female ones. I was promised a solution from the customer service staff on the phone, yet it never came. ---- ---- ---- Not a great experience when you need to shower with hot water after a long day. Last time, there was a dead cockroach in my booked room. At least this time, the cockroach was alive. I guess the hotel listened to my last feedback because there was a bottle of pesticide in the closet. The hotel staff on the phone said there was nothing they could do unless her manager replied. So far, no one from the hotel has reached out to me. ---- ---- ---- Let's see if they will keep their promise to give me a satisfactory solution before letting me run out of options other than legal action. I have time.

My wife and I stayed for 7 nights in the room with a private bathroom, two bedrooms with a single and double room. Everything is old but worked as it should. The bed was very comfortable. There are no services as microwave, kettle or fridge in the room. How ever the bar downstairs have a fridge and microwave they will put things in and heat food up for you. A great surprise was that the staff happily gave us free hot drinks, cupper chinos and hot chocolate's and bottled water. All the staff were fantastically helpful with great attitudes. We feel for the cost of the room compared with other accommodation was good value. Our only negative was the volume of road traffic was high during the day and up to at least mid evening and very load when occasional hoon's would flatten their loud exhaust vehicles from the traffic lights nearby! My wife felt it was loud all the time. Double glassing on the windows would help I'm sure. We we still really pleased with our choice to stay there.

You get what you paid for, but finding a dead cockroach lying on the floor beside the bed is not one of these. I had to cover it with a towel and convince myself it would not resurrect.

Das schlechteste Motel, das wir auf unserer 6-wöchigen Tour hatten. Es tropft von der Decke im Bad, die Decke bricht fast herunter, ein Handtuch war dreckig, mega laut von der Straße. Check-In hat ewig gedauert, als ich mich am nächsten Morgen beschweren wollte (wir waren erst nachts um 23 Uhr gekommen), war alles geschlossen. Nur Self Check-out möglich.

There was a birds nest on the ceiling area.... it was making noise at night. Couldn't sleep

I need refund because as soon as i walked in the amazing customer service lady advised me we are sorry we cant give you that room as theres bed bugs and i slept in my car all night.i would like to have my refund processed ASAP. THANKS

room cleaner is so accomodating, wifi is weak and no slippers provided as the floor is not carpeted.

Hot water is speratic, staff not thrilled to be helping upon check in, areas have a bad smell, cigarette butts left in private bathroom and bathroom over all not clean. Close to train station but limited on eveything else in the area.

I must say the customer service is outstanding but there are a few issues with this place: 1. The whole place smells like a hospital. Cleaners are inexperienced and do not dilute the disinfectant/liquid detergent properly. As a result, your eyes burn. 2. Windows cannot be fully opened, which makes it hard for the smell to go away. 3. The shower tiles need grouting. They look disgusting. 4. The kettle was used to prepare a soup, and noodles with fat were still on the internal part. That's why I put 'dirty' although the room is not dirty. 5. There are no cups in the room, no tea bags and no sugar. This is a must in any standard cheap hotel you go to. 6. If they bother to fix these details, they can put the price up and it will be fine!
