ウィンドサーファー リゾート

今回初めて、Biggera Waters に泊まりました。サーファーズパラダイスのようなにぎやかさはなく、ゆっくりすることができました。ホテルの前には、海沿いに遊歩道があり、たくさんの人がウォーキングやランニングをしていました。私も、毎朝、北側の先まで歩き、そこの公園でストレッチをしたり、バイクをこいだりしました。とても気持ちよかったです。 部屋はきれいでした。ベランダの電気がつかなかったりしたのですが、それを伝えるとすぐになおしてくれました。９日以上泊まっている場合に、その期間の真ん中の日に、新しいタオル、シーツの交換をしてくれました。ただ、キッチンの換気扇が弱く、お肉を焼くと、部屋中ににおいが充満してしまうのでたいへんでした。 フロントの方（中国の人）もとてもいい方で、ツアーの予約なども手配してくれました。 アウトレットのハーバータウンまでもとても近くて、何度も買い物に行くことができました。 ゴールドコーストで静かに過ごしたい方には、いいホテルだと思います。

私のような、オーストラリアのサービス業の人達の愛想の悪さに慣れっこになっているリピーターにとってはは新鮮な驚きであった。このような宿泊施設が増えると、オーストラリアに失望した日本人旅行者を呼び戻すことが出来るかもしれない。もう、既に時遅しと言う感は否めないがw

目の前に海がひろがり、朝日が昇るのを部屋から眺めることができました。バス停まで10分ほど海沿いの道を歩きますが、犬を散歩している人とすれ違い際に挨拶を交わしたり、楽しい時間となりました。部屋の設備は、洗濯機・乾燥機が付いていたので大変助かりました。掃除機・アイロン等も設置されており、長期の滞在にも問題ありません。外からのデリバリーでタイ料理・中華なども部屋で食べることができます。今回は4泊しましたが、とても快適に過ごすことができました。次回もここに泊まりたいと思います。

Noisy from the constant traffic on marine parade. Staff were nice, but the weekly serviced consisted of a change of sheets and bathroom cleaned, which was immaculate. However, windows were filthy, still finger prints on from a small child, nothing got vacuumed, mopped, kitchen didn’t get cleaned, the unit was so dusty. I was there when the service took place so could see what was being cleaned.

Our apartment was well loved. It was clean and tidy. Comfortable bed, great shower with everything we needed for our stay. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Awesome pool. Awesome veiws. Great value for money. We would stay again.

Clean and tidy apartment. Has underground carpark, pool and bbq area. We had a after hours check-in and staff were very helpful on providing assistance on how to collect keys. Would happily stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Front reception staff were lovely. Room was dated and showing lots of wear and tear. The room had distinct mouldy odour. Backlights in the tv had gone and the signal kept dropping out.

Clean and cosy close to the water and easy walk to restaurants but away from hustle and bustle would definitely stay here again friendly management also

The view if you have got a front apartment

This unit should not be let out ,lounge was broken so they put two chairs in over crowded, door came off and wouldn’t slide, blind was broken, bed was dreadful,jug was black couldn’t make tea. Worst unit we have been in. Wouldn’t recommend to staying there.

Not a good place to stay. We stayed 5nights and 4nights No power, No electricity. All they can say is Sorry. Acc. to the electrician, the property management did not do any maintenance with their electricity that’s why the power tripped. No emergency exit lights. Poor place to stay !!

Noisy aircon running all night Gate, door tags not working

The unit served the purpose of a place to sleep for the night, however you don’t expect to find an open chocolate milk in the fridge and an individual dessert.

3rd stay at Windsurfer Resort this year and again it was excellent. Clean , tidy and close to what we needed

Location was good, accommodation very nice and clean.

Loved the beach and views. Fantastic.

Have to say...we wanted to give this apartment a fair go after reading negative comments.....we should have taken note. We were so disappointed with the lack of cleanliness from the minute we entered the apartment. Unfortunately the property was fully booked so even if we had made a complaint initially, the options would have been nil.. Doors and walls were grubby and finger marked, utensils needed washing before using, the carpet felt sticky and unclean, bed linen had stains....apartment was in need of renovation...particularly the sliding doors, which were almost impossible to open, curtains were shabby and inadequate as they did not 'meet' so lighting from street kept us awake, as did the constant road noise and blaring TV's from other apartments. Lighting inadequate...maybe to conceal the grubby walls? Hot water cylinder in the bedroom wardrobe constantly dripped during the night We approached Hotels.com and they suggested contacting Reception of this 'Resort' which we did... His response was that this property is 25 yrs old, 3.5 star not 5 star. That other people have never had issues with lack of cleanliness. Did admit tha this apartment is in need of re-painting and renovation but that it was always occupied so unable to do those tasks. In our opinion, it doesn't matter how 'old' a property is, there is no excuse for lack of cleanliness and if the apartment is in need of renovation, then do not 'sell' unless those matters have been attended to... Forewarned

Great location. Easy parking, including visitor parking to make check-in and check out easier. Shops, bus stop and cafes within walking distance. Harbour Town with restaurants close.
