I was greeted by a staff member who dropped the keys at my office, which was a nice touch - official check in hours are between 2-5pm. The apartment itself was quite well kept, with good level of cleanliness. However, there was no shampoo provided (only 2 bars of soap), and some of the biscuits provided looked like they had been there awhile. Some kitchen utensils (knife) was kept in the knife block, but unfortunately had not been washed so there was a stain which came off upon me washing it. The gym and pool is in the adjacent building, and was easy to access

This apartment should not be listed on a hotel site as they provide NO service whatsoever without extra payment. You will need to buy your own toilet roll, garbage bags and clean everything yourself. Wifi costs extra and has a 15GB/week limit, car parking costs extra (and does not have a reserved space, so you may not be able to park!). If you call up to ask about cleaning, you will be told it is available at a cost of A$85 and be told that you are unreasonable as it should be obvious that there is no service as it is not mentioned on the website! The TV reception was terrible and we found out why - the cable is connected using 2 cables bent together (no solder or connector). Be warned!
