部屋も広く快適でした。チェックインの際に、混んでて待たされましたが、それ以外は特に問題ありませんでした。

スタッフの対応が総じてフレンドリー、親切でした。 日本の旅館のお茶菓子のように、ウェルカムチョコレートが部屋に置いてあったり、バスローブ、スリッパがあったり、全般的に客の満足度を高めたいという気持ちが伝わってきました。 一つだけマイナス点、チェックイン時にデポジットを要求され、応じたのですが、チェックアウト時に係員から申し出が無く、私も忘れてしまっており、あとで気づいて取りに戻らなければなりませんでした。

Why does people look for a hotel? TO SLEEP… well, summer evening, raining, mosquitos and guess what…. The reception informed that the owner decided that because of the prices he runs only the a/c in the morning BUT NOT IN THE NIGHT …. Guess what? People need to sleep comfortable in the night. HORRIBLE EVENING, like 28 C in the room and a cockroach in my room. No wonder with the heat. DO NOT TRY THIS HOTEL … when the owner cares nothing about his guests and their sleep, he should not be owning a hotel

Nice apartment and spacious. The location is good and takes about 25 to 30 minutes to city center attractions by public transportation. The cleaning staff did not clean apartment everyday and when we asked them to clean the apartment the came and changed the towels and trash bags only and they did not clean the rest of the apartment.

It was pretty dirty and we had ants in our kitchen. The drain was clogged after three days and there were a lot of drunk people at our hotel. At least the beds were comfortable and we had enough clean towels.

Preis Leistung Top. Großzügige gestaltung des Apartments, einfach gehalten, große Terasse. Verkehrsanbindung öffentlich eher mittelmäßig. Sauberkeit in Bädern und Zimmer sehr gut, lediglich 1 müllkübel in Küche war nicht entleert und die Küche war verkalkt/nicht gewischt. Aber das sind mindere Mängel bei dem Preis

We booked the two-bedroom apartment, which was very big, but that was the only advantage of this hotel. The room was absolutely filthy. Stains on the walls, on the carpet and on the furniture. Crumbs and scraps of paper all over the floor, which had clearly had not been vacuumed. The kitchen was a joke. Not a single dish or even a cup to get a glass of water. We requested a baby bed for our one-year-old the day before arrival and didn’t get a response from the staff until a couple of hours before we arrived. There was no baby bed available, so he had to sleep on a mattress on the very dirty floor. The staff did comp our parking because of the baby bed situation, but even this did not make up for a horrible overall experience. When we tried to order a simple cocktail at the hotel bar, we were told “you’re in Austria, drink a beer” instead. We’ve lived in Austria for years and are pretty familiar with the beer selection at this point, thank you. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

전반적으로 침대가 편안하고, 공간이 넓어 가족이 사용하기 편리합니다. 특히 24시간 운용되는 리셉션과 바가 있어서 좋습니다. 다만 전용 주차공간이 충분하지 않아 유료주차장을 사용해야 하는 것은 단점입니다.

Room was spacious, but not properly cleaned, room amenities were old and worn out, hotel stuff was not very friendly.

Very spacious for the 3 of us. Good location close to a grocery store and a bus stop. However, we were frying bacon which set off the fire alarm. Hotel personnel checked out the place, saw that there was no fire, just smoke; and we had opened the windows. And yet a fire official came for which we were charged an additional $250; for smoke! We will not recommend to anyone we know. No more business from us.

Helpful staff, very good location, quite area, affordable price and professional staff.

Sauberes hotel mit großen Zimmern super zum schlafen, leider etwas außerhalb und öffentlich aus dem Zentrum 40 minuten entfernt, mit dem Auto 10 km. Parkplätze sind teuer, liegt aber an Österreich selbst. Am Hotel an sich ist nichts zu bemängeln

The staff are very nice and helpfull, just there is almost no cookware, very poor even for just a breakfast.

Die Ausstattung der küchenzeile sehr dürftig-kein Topf,keine Tasse.... Im Bad nur 3 einmal-zahnputzbecher(Sind aber mit 4 Personen im Zimmer gewesen) Personal sehr freundlich!

La cocina del apartamento esta mal equipada, escasos utensilios badicos, cafetera,tostador,microondas y la plancha que dicen que tienes y brilla por su ausencia. Las dos cacerolas q hay estaban sucias, no habia platos hondos, ni tazas de desayuno.... El resto de la habitacion esta bastante bien, camaa muy comidas, no hay ni gun ruido para poder dormir bien y el personal es bastante atento cuando les necesitas. Son bastante serios, pero en general al oarecer el sector de hosteleria no sonrie

Mi descontento es cin la cocina del apartamento, dado q no tenia elementos esenciales en una cocina, tales como una cafetera, microondas, tostador, etc Y tampoco tenia una plancha para la ropa
